I was unexpectedly removed from a flight to Tijuana without any explanation. I am seeking a refund as both my fiancé and her friend were also removed without reason. While on our annual trip to San Antonio, TX, I received news this morning from our internist that I have prostate cancer. After reviewing the pathologist report, it's confirmed that the cancer has metastasized into my pelvis and femur bones. An emergency appointment with the urologist has been scheduled for immediate treatment. Due to this urgent medical situation, we are unable to take our return flight on Volaris Air tomorrow, October 6, [redacted], from San Antonio, TX, to GDL.
We kindly request credit for the return flight on PNR no.: ZCVCKM as we intend to use this ticket once the bulk of the radiology, chemotherapy, and hormone treatments are underway, potentially in 3 to 6 months. I need to travel to Mexico City from Phoenix, AZ (USA) and back for the Venezuelan Embassy to renew my expired passport. The U.S. Government allows Venezuelans to enter with expired passports up to 5 years. The Venezuelan Consulate will provide a letter 24 hours before my trip explaining my appointment to the Mexican Government. Can I purchase tickets from Phoenix, AZ (USA) to Mexico City, Mexico and back? Is it possible to fly with Volaris Airlines under these circumstances? Thank you.

I missed my flight on 10/21 due to a car accident involving my Uber driver who had to go to the hospital. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak with a customer service representative and only received unhelpful automated messages. My original flight was from LAX to BJX.
