I spoke with both John and the sales manager, Adam, about the issue. Adam emailed me to cancel three purchase orders on August 27, [redacted]. However, Amazon Pay only issued two credits via email on August 28, [redacted], stating that was all they received. They also sent an email to V.R. regarding the problem, but there has been no response yet. In the meantime, your customer service department emailed me saying they will not be shipping the merchandise to me. I tried to access your website, but it seems to be shut down. I came across many negative reviews. Are you going out of business? If needed, I am willing to drive to Gilbert to resolve this issue in person. There is a significant amount of money involved for an engine cover ($3,[redacted].00).
