I have been a loyal Vitamin Life customer for over 15 years with typically seamless ordering experiences. However, this time, I encountered a mix-up that has left me feeling perplexed. Although I am 94 years old, I strive to adapt to new systems implemented for improved customer service. With this particular order, I mistakenly placed it with iHerb, which was processed accurately by them. To my surprise, I also received a separate delivery from Vitamin Life, adding to the confusion.
Despite numerous emails attempting to resolve the situation, the complexity of the issue became overwhelming. In the end, I opted to keep the additional delivery, attributing it to an unforeseen error arising from unclear circumstances. I kindly request to close this matter as it has become too intricate for further investigation. Thank you for your attention.
