I recently ordered a pair of glasses, wanting the pink ones, but the lady insisted they were too big for my face and persuaded me to get the red ones instead. Upon receiving the red glasses, I was unsatisfied and attempted to return them to get the pink pair I originally wanted, only to find out they do not have transitions as promised without paying extra. Using MyCare Care credit card, I paid over $1,[redacted] for just one pair and incurred $[redacted] in late fees and $36 in interest charges. After a refund, I now wish to order the correct lenses with transitions and consider purchasing sunglasses. However, due to the financial strain caused by this ordeal, I am contemplating taking my business elsewhere. I believe I deserve compensation for the time and money spent on these glasses, having already paid for them three times along with additional fees, and am requesting credit towards sunglasses or a refund to rectify the situation.

Last year, I purchased two pairs of glasses. Unfortunately, the reading glasses fell off and broke twice. Upon returning, they replaced them within the time frame. However, the same issue recurred. When I suggested paying extra for a sturdier frame, I was denied. Disappointed, I decided not to return to that store. Instead, I found a solution by placing the lenses in a different frame shape. This setup has been working well for me. I hope to receive a response from your customer service team explaining why I couldn't have a more durable frame as I was willing to pay extra. Thank you for your attention.

This was my first and last visit to Visionworks. Upon arriving a bit early for my appointment, I had a frustrating experience. The associate had trouble finding my online forms, and after the pre-test, I was informed the Doctor would see me shortly. However, I ended up waiting in the storage area while another customer who arrived later was seen promptly. Despite the delay, the Doctor was pleasant and mentioned the associates not heeding her advice about the scheduling issue. Prior to the appointment, I had planned to use the $[redacted] rebate and take advantage of the 40% off frames offer. Unfortunately, I was informed I couldn't combine the discounts. After selecting frames, I discovered they were not eligible for the rebate, leading to additional wasted time finding another pair. The lack of clear communication about the rebate eligibility and a sense of rushed service left me unsatisfied. The overall experience was disappointing, and I will not be returning to Visionworks or recommending it to others.

My experience at Visionworks will be my first and last. I arrived early for my appointment but faced issues with paperwork and delays. Despite being promised a quick transition to see the doctor after the pre-test, I ended up waiting for more than half an hour. The doctor was understanding and mentioned the ongoing problem with the staff not following instructions promptly. When I tried to use a $[redacted] rebate on frames as discussed earlier, I was denied the 40% off deal I was also eligible for. Moreover, I was not informed beforehand that the frames I selected did not qualify for the rebate, leading to last-minute changes and further delays. The lack of clarity and inconvenience persisted till the end of my visit, with the staff rushing to close the store. Unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to Visionworks due to this disappointing experience and would not recommend their services based on how it was handled.

I have been trying to contact the store at [redacted] Haddonfield Road in Cherryhill, NJ for the past 3 days to confirm my glasses purchase. However, every time I call, I am put on hold for over 2 hours and never get to speak with a live person. I find it frustrating that I cannot get the necessary help or support when I need it. I even tried calling early in the morning when they opened, but still couldn't reach anyone. On the other hand, when I called a different store, they answered within 2 minutes. If this issue persists, I will have to take my business elsewhere where I can get proper assistance. I hope the store can address this problem promptly as it is essential to have reliable customer service, especially during these times when safety is a priority. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I have had an awful experience with Visionworks. I attempted multiple phone numbers provided but had no luck reaching anyone. I spent 55 minutes on hold using both numbers I found. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and I am frustrated with the lack of assistance. My pricey designer glasses, purchased 8 months ago for nearly $1,[redacted], are already deteriorating. The store's solution is to have me buy a new pair at a discounted price, which is unacceptable given the short time frame. I expect my frames to endure daily use without falling apart, and it is unreasonable to have to purchase insurance for regular eyeglasses.

I visited your Mansfield retail store to explore glasses options as I require an eye exam, contacts, and glasses. Upon arrival, a young male employee greeted me, took my temperature, and explained the disinfection process for trying on frames. I complied and left the frames on the table. While I tried on a pair, I briefly lowered my mask to see how they looked on my face. One of the female employees, seated at a distance, rudely informed me that I couldn't lower my mask. I explained the need to see how the glasses looked and quickly raised my mask. Despite the distance and safety measures, she insisted on compliance with corporate policy. The encounter left me feeling frustrated by the unnecessary and impolite response, especially given the importance of trying on glasses to assess their fit and appearance.

I had an eye exam appointment at Vision Works in Beachwood Mall, Beachwood, OH. Upon arrival, I was directed to the area for people getting glasses since the Eye Exam waiting room was full. When I was told to move to the lobby to wait, I felt frustrated as I had a scheduled appointment and others without appointments were sitting in the exam area. I didn't understand why I couldn't wait in the unused area. Instead of moving to the lobby per the optician's instructions, I stayed at the waiting room and informed the secretary. Eventually, I was given a seat by someone not there for an exam. I felt the optician mishandled the situation by asking me, with an appointment, to wait in the lobby rather than in the exam area. I was disappointed by the customer service and may not return to this store for glasses.

I bought two pairs of glasses from Vision Works in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. When I received them, I noticed that there were no cleaning cloths in the cases as usual. I was informed that Vision Works no longer includes cloths except for high-end glasses like Ray-Bans. Given that I paid $[redacted] for my glasses, I consider them high-end and believe a cleaning cloth should be included. It may seem like a small item, but it's an essential accessory for glasses. I have purchased glasses before, including from Vision Works, and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. I will have to buy cloths from Amazon now, but I don't think customers should have to do this after spending money on new glasses.

I visited Vision Works store #[redacted] on May 13, [redacted], for contact fitting and a prescription. My contacts were scheduled to arrive on May 27, [redacted], but were delayed due to Covid-19 excuses. I waited until the end of May to hear about my order, but when I called on 6/02/[redacted], they couldn't locate it. I was promised a call back but never received one. Upon calling again on 6/03/[redacted], I was given the same runaround. I refused to accept this and after a 15-minute hold, I was informed I'd have to wait an additional two weeks. Unacceptable since I was leaving for vacation soon. I suggested receiving another trial set, but was denied with a false statement about not keeping them in the office. This lack of service was disappointing, especially since I needed my contacts for my travels. My initial visit was good, but the handling of the contact order was unsatisfactory.

I am Beverly Stevenson from [redacted] Harvey Hill Road, Ithaca, New York. I returned some glasses in July because I didn't need them after my surgery. I am disappointed that it's now September 14th, [redacted], and I still haven't received my refund of over $[redacted]. The person who took the glasses did not provide me with a receipt, so I insisted on having a copy. I am frustrated with the lack of response from the staff at the establishment. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but the phone just rings without anyone answering. This will be my final attempt to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I am Brenda, a customer who visited your VisionWorks store located at [redacted] G Street, NW on 09/10/[redacted] for an eye exam. During my visit, I informed Keisha that I needed my visit notes for my upcoming Neurology appointment on 09/23/22 due to a recent Pituitary tumor removal. However, upon receiving the visit notes, Dr. Chen, whom I virtually met, consistently identified me as a 66-year-old male on all pages. Despite my request for a revised note, I have yet to receive it as of today, 09/22. When attempting to contact the store, I faced long hold times followed by disconnections, with no information on when Dr. Chen can be reached. This lack of communication and professionalism is concerning. I urgently require my corrected paperwork from the 9/10/22 visit. At this moment, I am considering seeking services elsewhere where doctors are physically present as my current experience rates the service as subpar.

I received my prescription sunglasses recently from Visionworks in Lexington, KY, after a long delay. Back in April, I called to check on the glasses, but was told they weren't there. However, during my appointment on 11/05/[redacted], the General Manager April presented me with the sunglasses that were actually from the previous year. I believe that the delay and misinformation from the staff were not my fault. Since my prescription has changed since then, I am unable to use these glasses. I respectfully request that Visionworks replace the lenses with my current prescription at no cost to me. It was frustrating to be told there were no glasses for me when inquiring earlier this year, only to receive them much later without any notification. I hope Visionworks can rectify this situation promptly as a loyal customer. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I've been trying to modify or cancel my order to reorder. I spent hours on hold calling customer service and submitted two requests through their chat system, but I never received any response with ticket numbers for both. Despite reaching out through chat twice and sending two emails, I did not receive any calls or emails regarding my requests. I normally have no issues with Visionworks when ordering my glasses, but this time I'm facing challenges. My order has progressed to the preparation stage, and I may need to replace the lenses on the glasses. It's disappointing to experience such unresponsive customer service.

As a retired optician with over 35 years of experience, I am disappointed with the service I received from Visionworks through my Humana Gold Plus insurance. Upon receiving my glasses, I noticed that they were decentered and the segs were over 2 mm too high. Additionally, the temple screw in my almost new $[redacted] titanium frame was stripped out. The glasses were nearly falling apart when they were given to me, with the optician fixing it with a large screw and nut. This lack of attention to detail and quality control is unacceptable. Despite these issues, the staff at the New Port Richey Florida office showed no accountability for their mistakes. I am currently having the lenses redone, but I am concerned about the potential breakage of the frame due to the poor workmanship. This experience is frustrating, especially considering I had to have my lenses redone twice last year as well. I hope for a better resolution this time.

As a retired optician with over 35 years of experience, being disabled and having Humana Gold Plus insurance means I must use Visionworks. I recently purchased new lenses for my $[redacted] titanium frame at wholesale cost. Unfortunately, the progressives came decentered and too high by two to three millimeters, with a stripped Temple screw. Discovering a massive self-tapping screw inside is unacceptable. It seems your waiver releases you from responsibility. If I return for the redo and the hinge is damaged, I will be very frustrated. I might need to purchase a new frame to transfer the lenses if this issue persists. If I had performed similarly in my profession, I would have been job hunting.

I scheduled an appointment using the automated system and received a confirmation text. To my dismay, upon arriving at the facility, they informed me that the appointment had been canceled by the system, a recurring issue according to them. The inconvenience of driving an hour for the now nonexistent appointment is frustrating, especially when it means taking time off work. If the automated system is unreliable, it should not be relied upon for scheduling appointments. This mishap resulted in a loss of wages for the day and additional expenses for gas. Now, I must take another day off work to reschedule the appointment, adding more travel time to my day. The current system has consumed two hours of my time just for a round trip to and from the appointment location.

I recently visited my eye doctor for an exam following a fall that affected my vision. During the appointment, I was informed that the issue might be with my glasses. It seems they were both cut incorrectly. Despite returning them a few times, the store didn't detect any problems. After investigation, they realized the lens cutting machine was faulty. My wife also had to return hers multiple times, and I am still unsure if they are accurate. I am hesitant to return for corrections due to the inconvenience and additional costs. Being disabled and reliant on transportation services only to the eye doctor twice a year, this situation needs a prompt resolution. Thank you for your assistance.

This is my third pair of graduated lens glasses from the Vision Works Gulfgate location. Unfortunately, the frames do not fit my wider than average nose bridge. Despite trying men's frames with nose pads, they still slide down constantly, causing discomfort and difficulty in achieving proper vision alignment. Previously, I had to opt for men's sunglasses due to similar fitting issues with their glasses. The constant readjusting of the glasses leads to sore ears, as I have to push them back up frequently throughout the day.
