Issue #1:
Today, I am returning a purchase with OrderID [redacted], ARVNBromlyGhillie, Tpe-7B, as it was too big. I am requesting an exchange for a size 6.5B. In the return box, I accidentally mentioned I would re-order online. Please ignore that request as I have already placed a new order to avoid receiving two pairs.
Issue #2:
I have only received one part of my order (ARVNBromilyGhillie, Red-6.5B) despite the tracking number indicating both items were delivered. There are no red shoes in the package received. Due to my upcoming travel on June 7, my address has changed to Judy Pinter, [redacted] Clearwater Creek Dr, Hugo, MN, [redacted]. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
