I've been experiencing several issues with Virgin Mobile recently. Firstly, I updated my address and email, but when I try to sign in, it redirects me to my old NTL email that I haven't used in years. Secondly, my phone is showing a message that it's not recognized or registered on the network, and I haven't been able to make calls for days. Please address these problems promptly. If not, please provide information on my remaining contract so I can settle it. Unfortunately, I doubt I'll receive a response since Virgin Mobile has not been easy to deal with. I hope to hear from you soon. Kindly resolve these issues and cease asking if they've been fixed. Thank you. - PC
