I recently tried to record a message and encountered technical issues with downloading multiple files. Despite several attempts to delete the downloads, they remain on my system. Additionally, I noticed multiple copies of the same recording in my MP3 folder. Could someone assist me in resolving this issue so I can continue using Viddly to record videos? I am experiencing ongoing slow performance on my PC due to these unresolved downloads. Is uninstalling the only solution? Thank you, Chester Higgs.

On December 2, [redacted], I purchased the Black Friday offer for Viddly Plus to continue my subscription and paid through PayPal. I received an email with a subscription transaction receipt. My transaction receipt number is [redacted]. However, I have not been able to enjoy the benefits of Viddly Plus as expected. Every time I try to download a video, I receive a pop-up message and still see commercials during my YouTube use. It seems I need a product key to activate my subscription, which I have not received. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue. Thank you for your help. What steps should I take to start enjoying the service I paid for? Thank you.

I attempted to use Viddly but encountered a false virus alert. In the process of addressing this, I inadvertently removed Viddly from my device. Despite this issue, I am satisfied with the service and would consider subscribing for €15 monthly. I understand this technical glitch is beyond your control. Looking ahead, I hope to establish a new agreement to avoid such disruptions in the future.

Hello, I'm Carl Roberts, and I bought the Viddly Plus Software on December 27, [redacted]. My License Key is ---- - ---- - ---- - ---- - ---- - ---- -JWTA. I tried to upgrade from the FREE to PLUS version on a new HP Laptop, but got an error stating the key was maxed out on activations. I have it on only ONE COMPUTER. On 1/23/[redacted], Avast caused issues preventing a software update on my old Sony VIAO Laptop. Support suggested reinstalling, but despite efforts, it didn't resolve. Contacted Support on 1/24/[redacted] with no response. I need my Product License Key reinstated for the new laptop. Your prompt assistance is appreciated.
