Dear Team,
I have attempted to contact you twice last night but have been unsuccessful. Our guest only stayed for 2 nights and checked out on March 8th due to the coronavirus outbreak and the cancellation of the conference that was scheduled during the stay. I kindly ask for a refund for the unused nights.
