Our card got unexpectedly blocked without prior notice of this happening after a year. The company is now insisting we purchase products, but we already have what we need and are unable to afford more. It's frustrating that customer service only spoke Hindi and kept hanging up on me. Despite calling 15 times, I couldn't get through. I am seeking assistance and hope for a response soon.
