ValuSoft Customer Service Issues

I have owned an "Ultimate Games For Girls" version 5 CD for several years now. Despite installing it correctly, a "Best Buy Games" icon appears on my desktop instead of the game's icon after installation. When trying to run the CD again by entering E:\launch.hta, it prompts me to install as if it's the first time. Initially, the CD worked fine, and I enjoyed playing all the games included. However, after moving and switching to a new computer, I have been unable to open the actual game. Clicking on the Best Buy icon leads me to a fake virus page asking for a username and password, which I know is not legitimate. I will share screenshots via email once I have access. I'm having trouble with the garbage truck game in 18 Wheels of Steel Big City Rigs that I love but struggle to get the controller settings to work properly. Even after reinstalling the game and trying different controllers, I keep encountering an issue where some buttons are not recognized, showing a "key already used" message when they are not assigned. For example, I can assign the brake button but not other key functions. I managed to make it work before but the settings changed mysteriously. I need to clear the old controller settings and set it up correctly. I've tried searching for solutions and contacting Valusoft software without any luck. Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.
