I contacted my seller, but received no response regarding my rental of Elementary Statistics 13th edition made on March 5, [redacted], and returned via FEDEX on April 9th, [redacted]. My order number is [redacted], with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Despite having proof of return, I was charged an $8.06 late fee and informed via email that the book was overdue. Failure to pay by July 28th would result in a total fee of $[redacted].17. I am confused as I paid for and returned the textbook on time. I have not received my book two weeks after ordering it on 7/30/18. I found a good price for the textbook by ordering early, but the price has now increased from $25.00 to $[redacted]. The Valorebook seller, Naginder Singh from "House of Word," would not provide a tracking number when requested, and later informed me my book was lost and canceled my order. Valorebooks offered a refund instead of a replacement, despite the significant price increase. I am disappointed with how this situation has been handled and believe a replacement book should be sent to me. The seller's delayed cancellation led to me losing the book after I put effort into researching it for my order. Valorebook has not provided a phone number for direct contact, making it challenging to resolve this issue promptly. I urge them to fulfill their commitment and send me the book I ordered in time for my upcoming class. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email informing me that the book I ordered on July 31st, [redacted] (order # [redacted]) will be refunded. The email stated that the seller made a mistake in listing the book and cannot ship it. I was counting on having the book before my class starts on Aug 20th, [redacted]. I need it for a quiz and to study. I didn't cause this issue, and reordering from another website will take too long. I urgently need the books delivered by Friday, August 17th to prepare for my quiz. Thank you. -N.

I have not received my payment for the liquidation. I mistakenly linked the wrong email address to my PayPal account used during the liquidation process. I bought the "Literature: An Introduction to Fiction, Poetry, Drama, and Writing" (13th Edition) on 7/9/[redacted] with ISBN: [redacted][redacted] from books go round. After realizing it was the wrong book, I tried to cancel the order but received it anyway. I returned the book, but I have not received any communication from the seller since then. I submitted a sellback order over 14 days ago that was approved for payment. The website indicated it would take 7-14 days for the check to arrive after approval. However, I have not received it yet, and I am becoming frustrated. I am certain issuing a check doesn't take this long. Even the COVID-19 stimulus payments were quicker! I rented two books from Valore for my second semester at school. I received them in good quality and used them throughout the semester. I returned them a month early, following all the steps on the Valore website carefully. I printed and attached the labels, dropped them off at UPS, but Valore claims they never received the books. I am now being charged for a late return. Despite multiple attempts to contact Valore, I have not received any responses. I am concerned about the situation and wish to resolve it to avoid further late fees.

I received the package at the wrong address and it was marked undeliverable. The package was sent back to the seller on September 1st. The correct address should have been [redacted] 24th Avenue S apt [redacted] instead of 25th street. I have attempted to contact the seller on multiple occasions since August 27th, with no response to any of my 10 messages. I am kindly requesting a refund as the book cannot be resent due to the delay, and I have not received the item. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as the communication issue with the seller has persisted for 10 days without resolution.

Hello Valore,
I mistakenly returned the textbook via USPS instead of UPS on June 4, [redacted]. Upon visiting the post office, they were unable to locate the package and the UPS store was also unable to assist. Today, June 20, [redacted], I filed a claim with UPS, case#: C[redacted]. The textbook is due by June 26, [redacted], and I am unable to cover the cost of the book. I have made efforts to track the book but with no success. Please advise on the next steps.
