We made a cruise reservation with Beinda Dang on January 19, but later canceled it in late March due to the pandemic. We were advised that we would receive a refund within 30 days. Unfortunately, we have not received any updates. When we reached out to Viking, they mentioned that our cruise was not canceled. This is confusing since we followed the instructions provided and canceled before the end of March. We have now communicated with Dalia, who promised to investigate the matter. We request a full refund as promised by your representative. We should not be held accountable for any errors made by your staff.

We had booked a cruise scheduled to depart on March 13 from Ft. Lauderdale, and travel through the Caribbean for 10 days. Unfortunately, due to the cancellations of all cruises, we were informed that we are not eligible for a refund, only a credit for a future cruise. As travelers in our mid-60s, along with our friends in their mid-70s who were joining us, we are hesitant about cruising given the current global situation. We believe that under the circumstances, a refund would be more appropriate. The amount we invested in this cruise is significant for us, and at this point, we are unable and unwilling to plan for another cruise. We urge for assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as the uncertainty is lingering on our minds. Our booking agent is Heidi A. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I booked a cruise with the reservation number W76DG2 departing from Tampa to Barcelona on April 24, [redacted]. Additionally, I booked a First Class flight with United from Barcelona to Tampa using discounted airfare for employees/retirees. I've provided my late wife's death certificate, retirement letter, and Retiree ID to prove eligibility for interline fares through Vacations To Go, as we've enjoyed interline cruise prices for years. Carnival is currently reviewing my eligibility, and despite reaching out to Tony Glass at ext. [redacted] since April 8, I have not received a response. I need a simple "YES OR NO" approval from Carnival for interline rates so I can proceed with my travel plans or request a refund for both the cruise and airfare promptly. I reside in Jacksonville and need to drive to Tampa for the cruise, so a timely resolution is crucial to me. Your prompt assistance with this issue is sincerely appreciated. Thank you. Warm regards, Gary Robbins--- ([redacted])-[redacted] PS: We relocated from Spring Hill Florida in May [redacted], and I am still searching for our marriage license, although I believe I have provided ample evidence of our relationship.

Dear Mr. Stuart Gillan, I am seeking your help once again as you have been incredibly helpful to me in the past. I have a MSC cruise booked for April 14, [redacted], but due to circumstances such as covid, I have not been able to sail since my last MSC cruise in March [redacted]. As a Voyager Club member, I understand that I must complete a cruise by March [redacted] to maintain my status. I have searched for other MSC cruises but have not found one that interests me as much as the April [redacted] cruise. Would it be possible for you to request a short extension so that the upcoming cruise can count towards my points? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to your response and thank you for your time. Sincerely, Jerry Milton Booking [redacted]

I attempted to book a cruise highlighted on the interline through Vacations To Go. The trips were supposed to be on the Silverseas Luna ship departing from Bridgetown to Lima or from Lima to ports in Florida. Despite interline deals being advertised for all three cruises, it seems that the cruise line, Silverseas, stated that none of the interline rates were accessible. I am uncertain who to address concerning this issue, but it is misleading to promote discounted rates that are not genuinely available. Vacations To Go has been trustworthy in the past, so encountering this problem in all three cruise attempts is quite disheartening. - H.P. Russell
