VF Corporation Customer Service Issues

Hello, I recently purchased three pants from the Timberland shop located at Bursa/Turkey-Marka AVM Shopping Mall. The first pant I bought, a Squam Lake Stretch Straight Denim, fit me well and was comfortable. When I returned to purchase the same model and size in a different color, I was assisted by a different salesman who provided me with a similar-looking model called the Squam Lake Lw Stretch Denim 5Pkt. After wearing it for a day, I realized it was not as comfortable or well-fitting as the first pant. Despite the pants being altered by the shop's tailor, the issue wasn't the length but rather the waist and overall fit. Both the store and the main distributor, VF Corporation, were unable to offer a refund or exchange. I am reaching out to you in hopes of resolving this matter by either receiving a refund or exchanging the pant for another Timberland product. Thank you for your assistance. When I attempted to buy a second pair of the same model and size but in a different color, I received a different style by mistake. Despite explaining this to the staff, I ended up with a pair that did not fit properly. The store and the main retailer both refused to exchange the incorrect pair. I contacted the VF Corporation, the main distributor of Timberland in Turkey, but did not receive a favorable response. I am reaching out to you in hopes of resolving this matter. I am open to either a refund or an exchange for a different Timberland product. Your help in this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention.
