On November 3rd, [redacted], I experienced a distressing encounter with the company's general manager that I feel the need to address. While working with a colleague in my office, the manager entered abruptly and began loudly chastising me for a project that was not yet completed. She also directed her outburst towards my coworker. Despite our company's usual practice of conducting inventory post-Christmas, I was not informed to begin the project earlier. Her behavior, including slamming the door as she left, was unprofessional. I was left without the chance to explain or be heard. After dedicating 23 years to American Equipment, I had planned to continue working for at least 2 more years before retiring. Therefore, I am requesting a new claim with Work Force Services as per your earlier instructions.
