Unum Customer Service Issues

I recently moved to a new neighborhood and unfortunately, I have experienced cyber security breaches that have caused me to lose several phones and computers due to signal interference and cloning with RF technology. My home security systems have also been compromised, leading to a great deal of stress and trauma, resulting in me needing to take sick leave from work. On top of all this, I have unauthorized charges from Sprint and Verizon, making it difficult to address the issue as I struggle to reestablish my wifi and devices due to continuous disruptions. Various companies, like my internet provider and Brinks, are requesting payments, despite failing to protect my systems. This situation has taken a toll on me both financially and emotionally, and I am seeking advice on how to handle this distressing situation.

I am Maribelle C. Socorro RN, with 20 years of service at Kindred Santa Ana. I have a doctor's note due to my underlying medical conditions that classify me as high-risk for severe complications from COVID-19. As a 65-year-old who plans to retire next year and the sole provider for my family after living in the US for 31 years, I worry about my health and future retirement. Despite expressing my concerns, my Chief Nursing Officer and some supervisors still assign me to COVID-19 duties, causing me stress and sleepless nights. I hope for understanding and support as I navigate this difficult situation, as retiring now is not an option due to financial responsibilities. I feel unappreciated for my dedication to this company.
