Uniworld Customer Service Issues

Hello, I am Elizabeth S. currently on the UniWorld River Duchess cruise sailing from Budapest to Amsterdam with my husband Stephen S. We have spent many hours each day on buses due to low river levels and several passengers have tested positive for Covid. Tomorrow, we will disembark and travel to the Sheraton Hotel in Frankfurt, having only cruised for one day. Our Cruise Director advised us that we will have two dinners remaining on our trip with a total of [redacted] Euros for meals and drinks. Despite booking an all-inclusive cruise, we have been told we will need to pay for additional items at the hotel in Frankfurt and Amsterdam. I am disappointed and hope for some form of compensation from Uniworld, as I am a retired teacher who saved up for this trip. While the staff onboard has been excellent, the situation has been challenging. We have extended our stay in Amsterdam at the Renaissance Hotel and would appreciate staying at the Uniworld-designated hotel in Amsterdam without the extra transfers. Our cruise concludes on September 14, [redacted], and we fly out from Amsterdam on September 18, [redacted]. We kindly request Uniworld to possibly cover the accommodation in Amsterdam for the nights of September 14 through 17 once the hotel is confirmed. Thank you. Elizabeth S.
