I have endured 2 years of poor service with no assistance in resolving daily interruptions. Despite multiple visits to their offices, the issues persist. Phone calls are constantly cut off, sometimes multiple times within one call. After installing their new router, I experienced a 3-hour internet outage last night. Although my in-building LAN works fine, I cannot connect to the internet. This recurring problem remains unresolved even with the new router. Unfortunately, I am stuck in a contract as the initial installation took Database 5 months. My once high regard for German engineering and efficiency has greatly diminished due to their telecom services.

I encounter an error when attempting to open a Unity 3D folder I created, prompting a message to reset my Windows settings to default. Despite repeatedly trying to reinstall Unity, the issue persists. I meet all the minimum requirements for the program, but it fails to work on my Windows laptop. This hindrance is preventing me from taking a Unity class as planned.
