While visiting India during the Christmas season, I made a purchase at a shop in Goa and was promised a free bag if I spent [redacted] rupees. After buying two tops, I was informed that it needed to be one transaction to qualify. This condition was not mentioned during the sale or displayed on the signage outside the store, which I have photographic evidence of. I believe this is misleading advertising leading customers to make additional purchases. The experience was disappointing and marred our day as the shop staff insisted on the rule before we left. I can provide the photo of the sign I captured at the store. As a large company, it is disheartening to see such misleading practices and pressure tactics employed for a promotional offer, especially in a foreign country where it felt intimidating, all for the sake of a free bag.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent purchase I made at United Colours of Benetton in Kolkata. I bought a HERRING BONE LINEN BLAZER with item no 19P2FSIC20 F/S at a price of [redacted]. Unfortunately, when I received the blazer after alterations, it did not meet my specifications. The shoulder and back shoulder were tampered with a creased appearance, and the length of the arms was not adjusted as requested. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, the staff refused to exchange or refund the item. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to experience such poor quality and unprofessionalism from a renowned brand like Benetton. Hello, I am reaching out because approximately 3-4 weeks ago, I purchased a jacket from United Colors of Benetton while in Milan, Italy (Product Code: 2BA2534N3-[redacted]). Although the jacket fits me perfectly, I have noticed that the threads and seams on one side are coming loose. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the receipt from the store. I visited a United Colors of Benetton store in Germany to exchange the jacket, but they mentioned that without the receipt, they couldn't proceed. They also indicated it might be challenging due to the purchase being from Italy. I am willing to provide a bank statement showing the payment and purchase date to assist with the exchange process. I am wondering if there is a way to exchange the jacket, perhaps with an email confirmation from you to the store. If not, I would like to know if a refund is possible. Hello, I recently bought a handbag from your store at Mumbai Airport in the departure section. When I arrived in Maldives, I discovered that one side of the bag's stitching had come undone. Hello Team, I recently bought a United Benetton of Colors T-shirt (Size: Medium 71, Color: Yellow) from Pune Central on University Road in Pune on 15-09-[redacted] for Rs. [redacted].00. After only two regular washes, the T-shirt shrank from the bottom. I had requested an exchange on 10-11-[redacted] as I was traveling for work and couldn't do it earlier. Unfortunately, Pune Central declined my request for an exchange because it exceeded the 30-day return period according to their policy. They mentioned needing UCB's approval for the exchange. Could you please authorize the exchange of the faulty T-shirt with a new one at Pune Central? I have attached a picture of the defective product along with the invoice for your review. I recently made a purchase at the Benetton store on 73-89 Oxford Street on 31/12/[redacted]. When I tried to return the item for a refund, I faced extremely poor and embarrassing customer service. Initially, I was told on 12/01/[redacted] that I could only exchange the unworn item for a credit note due to it being a sale item. The manager, Claudia, insisted on this policy multiple times, displaying a dismissive attitude and questioning my decision to return the item. Despite my objections, the staff continued to treat me disrespectfully, making me feel humiliated. When I requested a contact number for customer services, Claudia declined, providing only an email address. I feel let down and upset by the lack of information provided to me during the purchase and the harsh treatment I received while trying to return the item within the 14-day limit. I expect a full refund and an explanation regarding the unprofessional conduct of the staff and management at this store.

Hello, I bought a jacket at the United Colors of Benetton store in Kyoto, Japan. The product code I found was 2JF8535S5, but I purchased the same jacket in all blue. Unfortunately, after washing the jacket following the correct procedure, the warm material inside has clumped together and won't disperse properly. Also, there's a strange smell now that wasn't there before. I really like this brand, but I am disappointed with this item. I would like to either exchange it or get a refund. I placed an order for 3 t-shirts with order number P[redacted]5. The shipment details are via UPS with tracking number 1Z96F[redacted][redacted]. UPS attempted to deliver the package late afternoon on Tuesday at 2:35 pm, but I missed the delivery. They instructed me to collect it from a nearby collection point at Listerhills Service Station after 5 pm, but the parcel was not there. After contacting UPS, I was informed that they mistakenly delivered to the station and retrieved it. I rescheduled delivery to the station, but UPS attempted to deliver to my home on Wednesday, claiming they unsuccessfully attempted delivery. I stayed home all day awaiting the package, with a doorbell clearly stating to ring. I am unsure of the next steps to take.

I purchased a polo shirt for my husband at the Benetton store in Antea, Queretaro, Mexico, in a Medium size. The salesperson mentioned they were expecting Large sizes soon. However, on my return, they had not received them due to supply chain issues from the pandemic. I attempted to exchange the shirt for a Large, but the new manager, Amuraby Mondragón, stated I couldn't exchange it after 3 months, citing changes in administration. I feel let down by a brand I have trusted for years, and it seems unfair that I couldn't make the exchange as promised. I need assistance with returning an item to gb Benetton. The online return process is not functioning correctly and does not align with my order number and email address, causing a glitch in the system. I did not receive a confirmation order, and when I try to track the order in the Benetton system, it cannot be found due to the email and order number issue. The UPS tracking states the order is awaiting delivery despite having received it on May 9th. The online contact system is also not working, leaving me with no way of reaching out to them. I have proof of payment in my PayPal account and the Benetton return label. If I use the label to return the item without following the online return process, will I still receive a refund? I paid with PayPal, and if I do not receive a refund, can I request a refund through PayPal? Thank you for your help.

On May 24th, [redacted], around 11:30 AM, my wife and I visited your Sausalito, CA store. We were the only customers there. While looking at womenswear (specifically an artful sundress), a salesperson approached us. Despite the dress not being in my wife's size on the rack, the salesperson insisted any size would work. After trying on a medium that didn't fit well, my wife decided against buying it. Shockingly, the salesperson abruptly told her to leave if she wasn't purchasing anything, escalating the situation by yelling at us to exit while we had been there for less than five minutes. When my wife asked to browse further, the salesperson aggressively demanded we leave, causing a scene that attracted attention from passersby. This behavior was unacceptable, and I hope the company addresses it promptly. I would appreciate your thoughts on this incident. Thank you.

Order number P[redacted]5 was not received, and I never received an email from UPS about its delivery. The message I received from UCB stated that the courier confirmed delivery, but I did not receive it from UPS.
