Locator number G1DPN1: This message is to inform you about my upcoming trip, which is an award ticket for both myself and my wife. The fees for this booking were settled through my Mileage Plus Explorer card, which is associated with my account GW445258. This credit card entitles us to one complimentary checked bag per person as well as priority boarding privileges. Upon contacting United Airlines yesterday, I was informed that my card is not linked to my account. However, after speaking with Chase, they have confirmed that everything is in order and the card should be linked. Additionally, my Mileage Plus number is printed on the card as further verification. Kindly include a note in my reservation stating that we are eligible for one free checked bag and priority boarding. Thank you.
