Unisys Customer Service Issues

The computer technician service is utterly inefficient. I waited four days for their arrival, which was initially scheduled for Tuesday, but they kept offering excuses. Despite my patience and politeness, the situation has not improved. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but they only offered to send an email to the technician's manager. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The phone representatives are friendly but ultimately unhelpful.
