I have been a UnionPlus cardholder for years with a stagnant limit of $1,[redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to request a credit increase, I am consistently denied, which is frustrating. Interestingly, my spouse also has a UnionPlus card but with a different account and started with a $5,[redacted] limit. Surprisingly, their limit has been raised twice without any requests, increasing by over $3,[redacted] each time. The disparity in treatment has been disheartening, especially when I maintain a zero balance. If my credit limit is not increased soon, I will be forced to close this account permanently and seek services elsewhere.

I have been a Union Plus cardholder for 4 years. Since obtaining the card, my credit score has increased nearly [redacted] points, and all my accounts have remained in good standing. Despite this, the card company refuses to raise my limit above $[redacted]. Each time I ask for an increase, I am simply told, "this type of account is ineligible for requested limit increases." Initially, I was informed that the merger with Capital One was causing delays and advised to wait 60-90 days. After waiting over 90 days and trying again on 12/1, I received the same response. I am frustrated by the lack of transparency and consideration in the process. If the situation does not improve with a clear explanation for the denial, I am considering closing the card before the new year.

I have been a Union Plus cardholder for more than four years now, and my credit score has increased by almost [redacted] points since receiving the card. Despite having other accounts in good standing, the card company refuses to raise my limit above $[redacted]. When I inquire about a higher limit, I simply receive the same message stating that my account is ineligible for increases. I was informed earlier in the year about a potential reason for this due to a merger with Capital One, but subsequent attempts to raise my limit have been unsuccessful. Multiple lengthy phone calls to customer service have not provided a satisfactory explanation, only leading to more frustration. If this issue is not resolved soon, I am considering closing my account before the end of the year.

Hello, I'm facing issues accessing my account while in Russia for the second year in a row during the summer. Since I don't have a landline to call collect and making calls via mobile is costly, I reached out to customer service on Facebook to request Capital One's Skype number, only to be informed they do not have one. Trying to call the regular number via Skype required subscribing to a plan, making the call costly, with no connection established. My bill is due today, and I'm unable to make the payment due to these issues. I'm frustrated as I see no way to contact you. If I incur a late fee, I am considering leaving Capital One due to this unsatisfactory customer service experience. Sincerely, Yulia S.

I recently got a Union Plus card after discussing it with a friend at work who has one. I was looking forward to using it for all my purchases and earning cash back rewards, but I noticed that unlike my friend's card, mine doesn't seem to have the cash back feature on the app. I specifically applied for this card because of the cash back benefits, so it's frustrating that I can't access them. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
