After waiting on hold for 58 minutes, I decided to send an email. I just need an answer to a question. I have bought Under Armour products from five different stores: Presidents Street, Arundle Mills, Ocean City MD National Harbor, and Atlantic City NJ, spending thousands of dollars over the years. My friend gets coupons in the mail for Friends and Family discounts like 40% off, but I only receive occasional discounts via email for online purchases. Can you guide me on how to receive in-store coupons or discounts like my friend does? We plan to start our Christmas shopping at National Harbor on 11/16, so it would be great to have this sorted out by then. Thank you in advance. - Debi

Order Number: P [redacted] [redacted]. I placed an order for UA 9 Wide D Running Shoe on October 10, [redacted]. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me that the shoes had been shipped. Despite checking with FEDEX multiple times, they claimed not to have received the package by October 15, [redacted]. Frustrated, I left a negative review on October 15 when there was no update. Surprisingly, on October 16, I was informed that the shoes had reached FEDEX on the 15th at 10:06 AM. Strangely, the tracking now shows a new entry on October 10 stating the shipment information was sent to FEDEX, which was not there before. Despite my frequent checks, the package status remained the same until it was finally scheduled for delivery on Saturday, October 19. To make matters worse, the shoe size indicated in the shipment is 8 Wide, not the 9 Wide that I ordered. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and have yet to receive a response to my initial feedback.

My grandson, a 14-year-old dedicated wrestler and fan of Under Armour sportswear, is looking for wrestling-specific gear such as singlets, shoes, and headgear from Under Armour. We have searched extensively but cannot find any wrestling attire from the brand. He already enjoys wearing Under Armour socks, underwear, and compression shirts and would be thrilled to have a matching singlet and shoes for his wrestling competitions. As he prepares for high school wrestling, we hope to see him in Under Armour apparel during his matches, as we currently only see Nike, Adidas, and other brands being represented. It would be wonderful to have Under Armour wrestling gear added to his wardrobe.

I received a gift of size 11 Under Armour Fat Tire boots from my brother for my job as a corrections officer in Michigan at the beginning of February. I am surprised to see that the bottom of the boot is extremely worn out to the point where there is no tread remaining in some areas. These boots have great reviews and cost $[redacted], so I expected them to last a year since they are tactical boots. While I find them very comfortable, I am disappointed that they have worn out in just two months. I am requesting another pair to be sent to me in the hope that they will be more durable. I am willing to return the current pair or provide a photo as proof, as I believe this level of wear is unacceptable for a company like Under Armour.

On 7/24, I shopped at the Tysons Mall store and bought a few items. At the checkout, I noticed the UA masks and requested one. The sales lady suggested a M/L based on measurements but the mask turned out loose and didn't fit properly. On 8/14, I tried to exchange it but was informed by the manager that mask sales were final. Feeling disappointed, I found no mention of this policy on my receipt. Despite being close to the suggested size with a 6-inch nose-to-ear measurement, the mask doesn't fit snug. I believe I'm facing a $30 loss for a mask that doesn't work for me or others due to inaccurate fit guidelines. I propose swapping for a S/M or a refund. Appreciate your understanding.

I am experiencing ongoing challenges with Lasership, which consistently misroutes my orders causing significant delays and frustration. This has impacted orders with tracking numbers 1LS[redacted][redacted] and 1LS[redacted][redacted], related to UA order numbers US-[redacted]8 and US-[redacted]0. Despite contacting Lasership frequently, the promised resolutions never materialize, leading to prolonged waiting times and the need to request replacement orders. Unfortunately, this issue extends beyond just my UA orders as other companies utilizing Lasership also result in similar problems. The recurring nature of these delivery issues has made it difficult to continue ordering from UA, despite my appreciation for their products and customer service. If Lasership remains the chosen carrier, I may need to seek alternative options for future purchases.

I made a purchase in January, but the items I received were the wrong size. Despite returning them, I have not received either the correct size items or a refund. I reached out to under armour multiple times without any resolution. I am disappointed as I never had problems with them in the past. I had a previous chat conversation from February where they assured me the new sizes would be sent, but that didn't happen. I am still waiting for either the items or a refund, as they were meant to be a birthday gift. My return warehouse number is #QEGRHSMAMQYJM54CKZJ9.

I am reaching out on behalf of my in-laws who placed an order for three items, but only received the white one. The order was made on 7/6/[redacted], and it is now August 9, [redacted]. For over a month, Under Armour has been providing them with no resolution. This situation is completely unacceptable as these items were intended as birthday gifts. Despite my previous recommendation of Under Armour for quality, their customer service has been extremely poor, the worst I have encountered from a retailer. We are requesting the two missing shirts be sent immediately with overnight or express shipping. I will also be leaving feedback on social media to reflect our negative experience. I am awaiting your prompt response. Thank you.

I placed an order for Christmas on 12/12/22, and it only arrived today on 12/28/22. Now, I have to pay for shipping the order to our daughter. I contacted UA to ask for a $10 reimbursement to cover my shipping costs, but they were unable to provide it because management was addressing a backlog of orders due to being understaffed. They offered a 40% discount code and free shipping on my next order, but I am unsure if I will make another purchase. I still hope that UA will cover the shipping costs for this package. Thank you.
