Ullapopken.com Customer Service Issues

I placed an order with Ulla Popken on March 7th but never received it. After several calls, they claimed they didn't have my apartment number. Even after providing it, my order still didn't arrive. They insisted I hadn't ordered since January, but I was certain it was in March. Eventually, I reordered for $[redacted] with a promotion code, down from the original $[redacted]. Just when I reordered, they miraculously found my initial order and charged me $[redacted]. Frustrated, I demanded to speak to a supervisor, but was told none were available. Feeling helpless, I decided to cancel both orders due to their unsatisfactory customer service and lack of accountability. It's disappointing that there's no way to reach their corporate office, only an unhelpful customer service line.
