It has been 15 days since completing the final project for the Data Analyst Nanodegree. Despite reaching out through various email channels and Zendesk, I have not received any feedback from the support team regarding my graduation status. I managed to find the graduation link through forum collaboration, but I am deemed ineligible, possibly due to the optional Bike Share data project. I have also been billed for an extra month post-requirements fulfillment. The support team mentioned my eligibility for a 50% refund as I completed the program within a year. I am eager to obtain my DAND certificate, avail the 50% program refund, and address the extra month charge promptly. I seek assistance in resolving these issues promptly. Thank you.

Hello Android Team, I am encountering an issue with my app in Android Studio. Version 3.1.4 is displaying the following error: "Failed to load AppCompat ActionBar with unknown error." Hello, I am Tarek Abou El Fetouh, a student in the DMND program with the student ID TarAbo3Apr18. I recently found out that my access to the ND will be ending sooner than I expected, tomorrow instead of at the end of this week on Wednesday. I still need to submit the second half of the AdWords assignment today and finalize the final summary project after approval. I am concerned about not losing my certificate. Is it possible to get a 1-week extension as I have read that there is a 4-week extension period? If this week is considered week 3, could I potentially get an additional week? I would greatly appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am having difficulties with the "Programming for Data Science" course. I missed the project deadline, and I'm finding the course challenging to follow without immediate mentor support. The student forum is overwhelming with students from different enrollment times, making it hard to find relevant answers. I believe the course structure needs better organization. Due to these reasons, I have decided to discontinue. I am requesting a 92% refund, as I have only paid the 1st-month fee of $50 to AFFIRM. I hope for a prompt response. Thank you. Jayden H. Hello! I am in the process of enrolling in the Introduction to Self-Driving Cars Nano Degree. I have a question regarding the payment plan of $[redacted] per month. If I finish the course in 2 months instead of the 4-month standard duration, will I only be charged for the 2 months I used? Additionally, I am curious about the start date of the next batch for the Self-Driving Car Engineer course. When does the batch following August 13 begin?

I recently finished my Front End Development course at Udacity but have not received my nanodegree yet. I'm unsure of the process and timeline for receiving it. Dear Udacity, I have noticed that I am being shown different prices for the same course based on my IP address and cookie history. Is this part of your pricing strategy? It's important to disclose any pricing discrimination rules as required. Could you please clarify this for me? I'm encountering an issue with the HLS playlist request error at the URL provided on the Udacity platform. Despite running system compatibility checks that show all green checkmarks, I'm still seeing a black video screen with an X. I've followed various troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, disabling hardware acceleration, and updating Chrome, but the problem persists. In the Firefox browser, I've confirmed permissions to allow pop-up windows and audio and video. I'm also puzzled why Udacity recommends Adobe Flash Player v28 and would appreciate any assistance with resolving the video playback problem.

I have been enrolled in the SQL class with your organization for over a year now, dutifully making monthly payments to maintain my membership. Due to the unforeseen responsibility of caring for my terminally ill parent, I've been unable to engage with the course. I am now in a position to resume my studies and pursue additional courses, but would like to either have my SQL class reinstated or receive a refund considering the significant amount I have already invested.
