Hello Ubisoft, I am experiencing an issue with Rainbow Six Siege not being authenticated on my Steam account. I purchased the game a while ago and could play it on my gamer's lounge account, but when trying to log in from my laptop, it shows an authentication error. My Steam email is [redacted] Far Cry: New Dawn works fine on my Ubisoft account [redacted], but unfortunately, Rainbow Six Siege is not functioning properly. I hope you can resolve this matter, as I have paid for the game and would appreciate your assistance in getting it to work. Thank you. PS: I have linked my Ubisoft account [redacted] to Steam, but still couldn't run R6.

I have experienced multiple instances of abuse, false statements, and racial insults from Ubisoft support. I am now at the point of closing my entire account. I want to bypass the 30-day notice period due to the company's support of abuse and disrespectful behavior. Ubisoft seems to ignore or try to sweep the issue under the rug instead of addressing it properly. Despite my requests for a formal apology from management, there has been no response. It feels like they want me to stay silent and accept poor service. I am closing my account to see if they will actually take this matter seriously, rather than just as a failed PR stunt.

I purchased the Ultimate Edition of Far Cry 6 from Ubisoft for $[redacted].99, and unfortunately, I did not receive any of the extras aside from the VICE PACK, which did not include the white puma "amigo." I was really looking forward to having the White Puma, but it never activated, and I didn't get the feature I was expecting after paying for the edition. I bought Riders Republic for my son, but Ubisoft has blocked his profile, claiming he is under 18, even though he is 13 and the game is rated PG. He is playing on my adult profile without monitoring. I am trying to link his PS5 account but keep getting errors from Ubisoft, and now I cannot access the game at all due to the block. I had a similar issue with Epic Games, resulting in multiple accounts. I want my son to use the email [redacted] and play games I can monitor. There are time controls on his PS5 account that he ignores if he plays on mine, causing family issues. If this is not fixed, I will report Ubisoft for not safeguarding minors.
