I encountered issues trying to sign in to QUIBIDS Auction. After struggling with the password and email, I eventually used my Facebook account to log in. While casually browsing items on the auction, I suddenly received a notification on my phone about a $60 charge from QUIBIDS. I promptly contacted my bank, only to find out it was related to the auction site. Despite numerous texts and attempts to call, I received minimal response from QUIBIDS customer service. Despite not making any purchases, my account was debited without authorization on September 11 at 1:00 am. The confirmation number provided is "[redacted]58" with the corresponding order number "C[redacted]." I urgently reached out to my bank and them, hoping for a swift resolution, as I was simply exploring the site and did not intend to make any transactions. Any assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Maureen Field

On September 11 around 2 am, while I was in bed, my phone started buzzing with an alert about $60 being taken out of my account by "QUIBIDS AUCTION." I immediately contacted my bank, and they informed me to reach out to the auction site. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them via email since it was difficult to type on my phone, I received a response saying they would work on resolving the issue within 30 days. However, on September 10 at 9 pm, when I tried to log in to their site, there were issues with my password and email, so I created a new account on Facebook just to browse. I never made any purchases. I urgently need my $60 back as I am not wealthy. The confirmation number they provided is [redacted]58, and the order number is C[redacted]. I have already sent approximately 10 emails regarding this matter, but it has been a challenge doing so on my phone due to vision issues. I am desperate to get my money back promptly and cannot afford to wait 30 days. Please assist me. Thank you. - Maureen F. ([redacted])

On September 10 at 11 p.m., I encountered issues with signing into QUIBIDS Auction where it repeatedly stated "wrong password." After resetting my password, I faced another error indicating a wrong email. Resorting to signing in through Facebook, I realized a $60 withdrawal from my account around 12:30-1 a.m. on September 11. Contacting my bank revealed the transaction was from QUIBIDS. Despite attempts to contact QUIBIDS through multiple emails, no resolution was provided other than a response stating they would attempt to resolve the issue in 10-30 days, with limited email responses allowed. I have never authorized such a transaction, and though they shared a confirmation number and order details, I insist that this was unauthorized. At 61 years old, I value my hard-earned money and would not opt for a prepaid bids package for $60. The urgency of this matter lies in the immediate reimbursement of the $60 without delay. I am deeply concerned and seek resolution promptly. Thank you for your assistance.
