I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Dr. Patel Shreyaskumar of Md Anderson Cancer Center, despite your ranking them #1. My name is Betty J. C. and I flew from Villa Rica, GA to Houston, TX on September 12, [redacted], where I stayed at the Hyatt hotel until September 19, [redacted]. During my appointment on September 13, [redacted], Dr. Patel displayed arrogance, disrespect, and lacked compassion. As a sarcoma cancer patient seeking proton treatment, he recommended chemotherapy without consulting a radiologist oncologist. He made inappropriate jokes about my potential baldness after chemotherapy. I trusted the US News rankings when choosing this center but I found this experience distressing and a waste of my time, money, and energy. I kindly request that you address this matter with Mr. Pisters and the necessary personnel at Md Anderson. Thank you.

I am concerned about the situation at the Georgia Department of Corrections where prison officials are allegedly implanting prisoners with RFID devices without their consent. One prisoner has filed a civil lawsuit after discovering these devices in his body, and others have died as a result of these experiments. I am affiliated with Bank of America and own banks in the US. Unfortunately, there was an incident in California where a Bank of America director was harmed, and their family is in the San Diego area. I faced challenges at the main bank because some individuals were unhappy with my salary despite my compliance with all instructions. I received a certificate of deposit from the United Nations Swiss Bank in California, but Bank of America has not verified it, and my email has been flagged on scam warners.com. I've been waiting for a year and a half, and it seems they need another 45 days. I will seek legal action under the laws of the United States with Attorney General Barr Michael Harris. Financially, I am struggling and need to settle my debts to regain stability. Despite this ordeal, I am determined to return to my normal life and may have to work in jobs I held before college while waiting for resolution.

I reached out to you last week after enduring a frustrating two-week wait for Liberty Home Warranty to dispatch a licensed technician to fix my dryer. Despite their assertion of being ranked number one by US News & World Report, the service was severely lacking. It took them nineteen days to send a repairman after multiple calls. They instructed me to find a repair person myself and promised to reimburse me, yet they refused to refund the $60 service call fee, citing it as a "trade service call fee" in their contract. The repairman did a temporary fix and ordered parts for the full repair. I signed a five-year contract with a six-month bonus in January [redacted] for $1,[redacted].99, making this my first claim under the agreement. Now, they agreed to cover the $[redacted] cost of the parts but expect me to pay another $[redacted] for installation, which goes against standard practices with other similar contracts I've held in the past. I demand my dryer to be fixed with no additional charges, along with a refund for the contract. I'm willing to escalate this matter further to various consumer protection agencies given the circumstances, including my husband's cancer condition and my recent surgery. Please assist us in resolving this issue and address the misuse of your endorsement by the company.

Hi, I'm Rubina Majhi from Nepal. I recently had an issue with a company claiming to be Andrian Apple. I received a message on WhatsApp from them stating that I had won a prize and needed to claim it. I agreed and was asked to pay [redacted] NRS for registration, which I did. However, they then requested [redacted] NRS for shipping fees and later asked for more money for different reasons, promising refunds. After multiple payments totaling 2 lakh 7 thousand, the delivery was intercepted by the police. The company demanded a further 20k to release the package. When I asked for a refund, they claimed my money was on hold until I paid another 18k. I've been misled and emotionally distressed by their continuous demands for money. Kindly assist me in resolving this situation.
