I forgot to include my contact information in my previous message. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. I am experiencing an issue with my SSI payment for $[redacted].00 that was supposed to be deposited onto my Direct Express card on January 31st. The Social Security office advised me to get a new card, assuring me that the funds would transfer automatically. However, since last Friday, I have been encountering unhelpful responses and a lack of assistance. I urgently rely on this payment to support my household and children. This situation is unprecedented for me, and it is crucial that it gets resolved promptly as it is my sole source of income. I appeal to the appropriate party to address this matter with urgency. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tamira Boynes

Due to student loan debt, my tax refund was withheld by the IRS, leaving my family, including my 6-month-old twins and two other children, living in a motel between Albany and McDonough, GA. We relocated for my son's heart condition, needing to be closer to Sibley Cardiology and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. A certified letter today from our landlord threatens eviction due to falling behind in rent. Urgently requiring my tax refund, I am facing the challenge of upcoming heart surgery for one of my twins. I kindly seek advice on how to secure my refund to address this critical situation promptly.

My family consists of my wife and four children, including a 6-year-old daughter, a 5-year-old son, and 6-month-old identical twin boys. Unfortunately, one of the twins has a heart condition called TOF, requiring open heart surgery. To be closer to his cardiologist at Dr. Blackwood’s office and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, we relocated from Albany, GA to McDonough, GA. Despite the move, I was commuting back to Albany for work until I found a job nearby, alleviating the long drives but still struggling financially. Currently, we are living in a hotel in McDonough, paying almost $[redacted] a month, compared to $[redacted] for a 4-bedroom house in Albany. My wife can’t work due to childcare expenses equaling her potential income. I am working hard to support my family, but without my refund, we may end up living in our car. I urgently need this refund to provide for my family, especially for Ashton's medical needs.

I have been trying to reach someone for about two days now, even before the recent outbreak. I was unfortunately targeted by a group of scammers who pretended to be from the prize department. They convinced me to purchase cashier's checks totaling $[redacted].00 and $[redacted].00, which was reduced from an initial amount due to the current situation. They then requested another check for bio-hazard packaging, claiming it was needed for prize dispatch. Despite keeping all the receipts, the bank has informed me that there is little chance of recovering my funds. I am seeking advice on the options available to me in this situation.

Hello, my name is Marissa. I have been struggling to receive my stimulus payment due to incorrect information from H&R Block. This has affected me and my family during these challenging times. I am seeking assistance to correct the mistake made regarding my direct deposit information, preventing me from receiving the payment I am eligible for. Unfortunately, the guidance given by H&R Block led me to submit my account details on the wrong IRS website, resulting in the delay of my stimulus payment. I am reaching out to find a solution as I have been unable to rectify this on my own. Please contact me via email or at [redacted]. Thank you for your time and I am hopeful for a prompt resolution.

I visited a bank seeking guidance on verifying a bill's authenticity. However, I was not informed that in the event a bill is found to be fake, the bank will retain it. Additionally, I was unaware that the Treasury inspects bills at no cost to the public. An employee examined the bill with the naked eye instead of using a verification device that reads the barcode, overlooked the barcode that should reflect "US [redacted]," and determined the bill was counterfeit using a reading device at the teller window. I requested the bill back, stating I was assisting someone and have never encountered fake bills in my work across various companies. The bank, citing it as a Federal note, refused to return it. I am seeking a document outlining my right to have the bill inspected by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, ideally from their Miami office.

I am Evangelina D. Hazelton, the Director for Personnel and Finance for the U.S. Border Patrol, Del Rio Sector. One of our agents was injured on duty, and the hospital billed the agent instead of DOL, leading to collections and garnished reimbursements by the US Treasury. I am seeking help to rectify this issue for the agent. Thank you for your assistance.

I set up my payment using the non-filers economic payment portal, but mistakenly used my girlfriend's account information instead of my own. I recently received a letter saying my stimulus check was sent back due to this error. I returned to the portal to update the account details to my own personal bank information. Can this correction prevent the check from being mailed to the wrong address or my girlfriend's account? Additionally, is there a way to confirm or update the address on file to ensure the check goes to the correct bank account I specified in the portal?

On May 6, [redacted], I noticed unauthorized charges on my card and promptly contacted Direct Express for assistance. The initial representative advised me to cancel my card before proceeding, which I did. A replacement card was ordered, but I couldn't afford expedited shipping. Following the cancellation, I was transferred to a Level 2 representative to file my report. However, I was informed that I had to wait for all charges to clear before providing further details.
On May 7, [redacted], after the charges had cleared, I attempted to contact Direct Express again to complete my report. Unfortunately, not having the new card hindered my ability to speak with a live person, resulting in disconnections. Despite my efforts to reach a representative through various channels, I was unsuccessful. As a recluse and a disabled individual, the situation is distressing, and I urgently require assistance to resolve this issue. Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I recently received an Economy Stimulus Check addressed to my late father, who passed away in [redacted]. Strangely, the check even has "DEC D" after his name. The envelope boldly instructed to mark if the recipient is deceased and return it. I followed these instructions, but the envelope was sent back to me after 3 days. The postal worker claimed the check is legitimate. I believe this is a mistake, possibly a technical or mechanical error. I seek advice on how to return the check. Warm regards, Mary C. Hains.

As someone receiving SSDI with no dependents or tax filing, I was anticipating my stimulus check to be deposited into my Direct Express account by May 13th. Unfortunately, I have not received it yet. I have been unable to contact the IRS, SSA, or Direct Express for assistance. Each entity directs me to the IRS.gov website, but the information provided there seems contradictory and confusing. It is frustrating to see conflicting information from these organizations and the lack of clarity on the status of our payments. The IRS website needs to be updated to address the concerns of those of us who are still waiting for our stimulus funds. The process has been riddled with delays and broken promises, while news outlets are already discussing a second stimulus package. It is crucial that the Department of Treasury and IRS address these issues promptly and provide transparent updates.

Since [redacted], I've moved and didn't have the choice to set up direct deposit. Despite thinking I chose the Emerald card from H&R Block, mail is being sent to an old address I no longer live. The post office doesn't answer calls, won't hold mail, and important mail, like a check, is missing. I did a change of address, so how can I fix this? When I try the numbers for the Treasury, Post Office, or IRS, they don't work. It's frustrating to be left without crucial assistance during this chaotic situation. It's disheartening, especially with my kids impacted. This entire situation is beyond belief.

On September 5, [redacted], I deposited two cashier's checks from two banks totaling $[redacted],[redacted].91 at the JPMorgan Chase Bank in Boca Raton, Del Mar Branch ([redacted]). These funds were meant for a 2% U.S. Treasury money-market account controlled only by me, Sanford K. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a complete account of the transactions from JPMorgan Chase after ceasing dealings with them. I am uncertain about the status of my funds and suspect they may be lost, stolen, or misappropriated. Despite my efforts, JPMorgan and broker Jason S. have been uncooperative in providing information. I am seeking assistance to determine the whereabouts of my money. I am attaching the receipt from the bank for the mentioned deposit. Sanford K., 7F Southport Lane, Boynton Beach, FL 33[redacted].

I have yet to receive my stimulus check. The "Get My Payment" tool on the IRS website indicates that I qualify, and it states that once there's a payment date, the check will be deposited into my account. This message has been there for months. My account details are correct, as the IRS has already deposited my tax refund into the same account months ago. After weeks of attempts, I finally reached out to the IRS and was informed by an agent that there seems to be no clear reason for the delay since my IRS account is in good standing. Unfortunately, they continue to redirect me to the Stimulus Check information hotline, which leads nowhere. Whenever I manage to speak to a person on that line, they just transfer me back to the IRS, creating a frustrating cycle of dead ends. Even my deceased Aunt has received her check, along with everyone else I know. I desperately need assistance.

When I changed my name from Rondell Bowman to Rondell Wilson, I needed to secure my money and properties under different names due to safety concerns related to the name change. An agency in Michigan helped me with this process, but I'm unsure which specific agency it was. I want to locate the agency that assisted me so that I can recover my assets. My name change took place during an adoption process at a building in Michigan. I recall using names like Ronald Bowman, Ronald Wilson, Ronalda Bowman, or Ronalda Wilson to allocate my assets. I aim to consolidate all my money and properties, spread globally or nationally by this organization. I seek assistance in identifying the agency and consolidating all my assets. If you can help, please contact me via email at [redacted] or call me at 1-[redacted] (mobile) or 1-[redacted] (landline). Thank you for your consideration. Best regards, Rondell E Bowman.

I received notification from the Treasury offset department that my stimulus check was being withheld due to a previous incarceration status. However, I was released on 3/16/[redacted], before the Cares Act was signed on 3/27/[redacted], qualifying me as a free individual eligible for the stimulus check. Despite numerous attempts to contact the Treasury call center at 1-[redacted], I have been unable to speak with a live representative as the call ends after the automated message. I have tried reaching out to other Treasury numbers without success. I possess all the necessary documentation to prove my release date and seek assistance in resolving this issue to receive my Stimulus Check promptly. No official communication regarding the offset was sent to me directly, leaving me in the dark about the situation. Any support in addressing this matter would be greatly valued.

Hello. I am a US citizen currently living in the UK. I recently received a $[redacted] economic impact payment cheque from the United States Treasury due to Covid-19. The cheque was issued in my previous last name from a past marriage, causing my UK bank to be unable to process it. They have advised me to request a reissue in my current name. I have attempted to reach out to the US Department of the Treasury for assistance, but their only provided contact method is a phone number. Unfortunately, my calls at their supposed opening time were unanswered, which is challenging as I am calling from overseas, making it costly for me to pursue guidance on resolving this cheque issue.

I need to submit my divorce decree to claim the back taxes owed by my ex-wife for not allowing me to claim my children on my taxes. The stimulus check was taken for child support, which should not have happened. I am paid up until next year, and the extra $[redacted] for a child that does not belong to my ex-wife was included. I am remarried and filed an injured spouse form for my taxes. I feel entitled to receive my $[redacted] stimulus and the additional $[redacted] for my qualifying dependent.

I have a Power of Attorney for my son using form [redacted] prepared by our local attorney. Since September 10th, I have been trying to communicate with the IRS regarding his withheld refund as he is currently in prison. His soon-to-be ex-wife received a letter outlining the issue, but we lack specific information on what needs to be addressed for his [redacted] Federal refund to be released. Despite faxing the necessary forms four times on September 10th, September 28th, October 13th (in the mail), and October 14th, the forms have not been processed. I was initially provided with the wrong fax number, leading to delays in the process. Although I was informed that it could take 2-4 weeks, it has been almost three months with no progress. I am feeling extremely frustrated by the lack of assistance and guidance from the IRS. I hope to find a resolution promptly to ensure that my son receives his refund of approximately $[redacted].

I recently received a letter about my tax return being sent to the Los Angeles Child Support office on December 4th. When checking the child support website, I couldn't find any record of the offset payment. After contacting them, I was informed that no deposit has been made. I am concerned if any offset payments were actually credited to my account. I am puzzled why there is no payment showing on the child support services website. Where could the money be?
