I recently discovered that I am no longer able to pick up my orders from Uline's warehouse to save on expensive shipping costs, despite being just 20 minutes away. This has led me to consider finding another supplier for my shipping supplies to avoid the high shipping fees. It seems like an unfortunate decision on Uline's part to discontinue this option, as I used to appreciate the convenience of same-day pickup. It is disappointing to now have to look elsewhere for better shipping options, such as free shipping that other suppliers offer. The additional shipping costs for each item or box can quickly add up, making it unaffordable for me to continue ordering from Uline. I strongly urge Uline to reconsider this change, as I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction with this new policy.
