If you have a similar customer service issue, this page will help you find current, up-to-date answers and solutions too.
I experienced poor video quality while watching the UFC fight on my fire cube using the UFC app tonight. The video frequently paused every 10 minutes while the audio lagged behind. Despite running an internet speed test that confirmed my connection was fine and trying to resolve the issue by resetting my router and fire cube, the problem persisted. This is especially frustrating considering I never encounter these issues when streaming with PS Vue. I paid $65 for this service, so I expect better quality.
Additionally, I encountered an error when trying to email customer support, suggesting there might be issues with the app and website. I have screenshots of the error and videos demonstrating the problems I encountered. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I received an email confirmation stating that I supposedly watched UFC [redacted] in Ontario, Canada, last night. The last time I had a fight pass subscription was for the Mayweather McGregor match, which I cancelled afterward. It seems like someone has gained access to my username, password, and debit card details to order the fight. The receipt I got is in British pounds, not dollars. Currently, I am in Louisville, KY, visiting family, but I live in Cincinnati. When I tried to log in, it seems whoever breached my account is using it simultaneously as I received an error about too many devices logged in. Could you please refund the unauthorized charge and remove my card information from the account?

On Saturday, October 6th, at 6:26 PM, I received an email stating that I had ordered the PPV, which I can assure you I did not do. Earlier that day, I had actually ordered it through Playstation Vue and can provide evidence to Fight Pass if needed. I reached out to customer service right away. The first response mentioned they would investigate, followed by a second reply stating a decision would take 3-5 days. Today, a third person mentioned no compensation would be offered, claiming no delivery issues from their end.
This is not a user issue; I was charged for something I never ordered. I am unsure if my account was compromised. I did not authorize this payment. I am a loyal customer who values honesty. Unfortunately, there is no phone support available. I kindly request that this matter be resolved. Otherwise, I may need to involve my bank/card company in disputing this charge. Thank you.

I recently purchased UFC [redacted] (Main Event) which aired on October 6th. However, I was unaware that the purchase needed approval. The money was deducted from my gift card on the night of the fight, but when I tried to watch it on the UFC.tv website, it showed that I had not bought the main event. When I contacted the gift card company, they mentioned that the transaction was still pending, which prevented me from viewing the fight. The money was debited from my card on Monday, October 8th. I would like a refund of $69.31 since I was unable to watch the fight due to it not being approved. Please advise on the next steps to proceed with the refund promptly. Thank you.

A few months back, I reached out because my UFC Fight Pass wasn't working. The team fixed it then. However, after getting a new phone, it now says I have too many users, despite that not being accurate. This same issue happened before, and I've missed out on using the account for about six months each year due to this. I'm constantly losing or breaking phones as I work as a carpenter. The old phones that aren’t in use for Fight Pass due to damage. Please, address this problem, or refund me. I've missed numerous fights due to this ongoing issue. Unfortunately, the [redacted] number isn't helpful, and I can't access any support since I'm locked out. Thank you, Jude B.

In October [redacted], I signed up for your 30-day free trial but encountered issues activating it. After contacting you to cancel the trial and my account, I have been charged for the second month despite never using your services. I am requesting a refund for the deducted funds. Please investigate this matter as I believe my account should have been deleted 2-3 months ago. I would appreciate a call at [redacted] to address this promptly.

I'm currently trying to watch the fight and I'm having trouble streaming it on my Xbox. I bought it 15 minutes ago but haven't been able to watch it. When I tried to purchase on Xbox, it said something about not being a member, so I bought it through the app on my phone with the hope of streaming it on my TV. I considered making an account on UFC TV to watch it on Xbox but was unsuccessful.
I'm contemplating going to a bar to watch the fight since I can't access it on my Xbox. I thought buying through Xbox would make it easy to watch live, but now I'm frustrated as there's no customer service number to call for help.
I need a refund because I planned to watch the fight with guests at home, but now I can't. I feel let down as there seems to be no proper way to make it work on Xbox via your website. Please reach out to me promptly to resolve this issue before I head to the bar.

We purchased the UFC [redacted] event, but experienced continuous freezing issues throughout the fights. At one point, it froze for 20 minutes causing us to miss significant portions of the match. This continued with freezing episodes lasting 5 minutes, missing fight endings and the start of the next one. The pattern repeated throughout the entire event, leaving us with only 30 to 45 minutes of actual viewing time out of the paid $64.95. As avid UFC fans, it was disappointing to miss out on the fights due to freezing screens and spinning circles. This experience left us feeling like we were robbed of our enjoyment of the event.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with a purchase I made on the UFC TV app through my UFC Fight Pass account. I bought the Max Holloway vs. Brian Ortega event for $75 after the event had taken place, but I encountered an issue where after confirming the purchase, the option changed from "purchase" to "watch". When I clicked on "watch," it just took me to the end screen saying the event had ended. I'm hoping we can resolve this quickly this time as I've had a similar problem before and didn't get it sorted out. As a loyal customer, it's important to me to be able to access the content I've paid for. I would appreciate any assistance in viewing the event or receiving a refund if necessary. Thank you, Jerico.

I would like to share my concern regarding UFC [redacted]. I purchased it on my UFC TV account on the day of the event, but received an order error message. I verified that my credit card was charged $65. Upon checking my purchase history on Microsoft, I found the transaction there as well. I closed and reopened the UFC TV app to troubleshoot, but it still prompted me to buy the fight as if I never purchased it. I am frustrated because I missed watching the fight I eagerly anticipated. I tried to dispute the charge with Microsoft, but was advised to handle the issue with the UFC team. I simply wish to receive a refund of $65 charged to my card.

I purchased the UFC [redacted] Holloway Vs Ortega on Thursday, December 6th, [redacted], using my Apple phone as I am a paying UFC member. However, when I attempted to watch the main event on my Xbox at 10 p.m. on Saturday, even though I was signed into my account, the device kept indicating that I hadn't made the purchase. I tried restarting both the app and the Xbox multiple times but was unsuccessful. I then attempted to watch on my phone and laptop with no luck. I had to repurchase the UFC through Microsoft and now I am seeking a refund for the initial Apple purchase which charged me $70.19. My order ID is [redacted] and my document number is [redacted]. I have tried reaching out through various emails without success. Hoping for a resolution soon.

I have purchased all the PPVs in the past 8 years, and suddenly I can't access the PPV library for current fights. I pay monthly, and even bought the Holloway vs. Ortega fight. Why do I need to repurchase it now? Previously, I had access to all the PPVs I bought, and you even charged me twice for McGregor vs. Khabib without any complaints. Now, I have to rebuy every PPV I want to watch. I am considering cancelling my subscription and never watching or ordering a PPV again. I have been a loyal fan since before the Stephan Bonner/Forrest Griffin fight that defined this organization. I have spent a significant amount of money attending live events and purchasing PPVs. It's frustrating not being able to rewatch the PPVs I paid for. I feel let down by the UFC. The treatment of fans under Dana White's regime is disappointing. I miss the days when the Fertitta's owned the organization. The current situation feels like a letdown, and I am disillusioned enough to not buy another event.

There seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding my son's subscription to UFC. He has a disability and thought the monthly charge was $7.99, intending to try it for just one month. However, UFC deducted funds for a full year from his Google Play card. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with Google and UFC, including multiple calls since November 23, [redacted], we have been unable to cancel the subscription or obtain a refund for the unauthorized charges. I am reaching out on behalf of my son, Nick, who has vision impairments, and I, his mother, at [redacted], to request a refund for the entire year's subscription fee. We have been extremely patient in trying to resolve this issue and are now involving our lawyer due to the lack of response. We were never given the opportunity to explain the situation, and my son was simply excited to try the service for one month at the advertised monthly rate. I can be contacted at [redacted], and we appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding an ongoing payment issue I have encountered. I originally signed up for a free 7-day trial, canceled it, and was unexpectedly charged for a full year. Unfortunately, due to my military deployment to Afghanistan, I was unable to address this matter promptly. Recently, I noticed another charge for a new payment cycle.
As a dedicated UFC aficionado who frequently attends events and enjoys Fight Pass, I regret that my current financial situation doesn't allow me to continue the subscription. I politely request a refund for the two recent billing cycles as I have not utilized the service since the trial period. I am confused about being charged after canceling within the trial period.
Sincerely,
M. Blankshain

I tried to purchase the Jon Jones vs Alexander Gustafson PPV fight, but encountered an error message on both attempts. I was charged twice for $64.99 each time. Despite the charges, I haven't successfully acquired the PPV. I'm hesitant to try purchasing it again to avoid another charge. I kindly request a refund for these duplicate charges on my bank statement. Thank you and happy holidays.

I made a purchase of the UFC [redacted] pay-per-view on ufc.tv and encountered multiple charges on my bank statement - $69.86 and $64.99. Despite being charged twice, I faced technical difficulties on my MacBook Pro when attempting to watch the fights. Clicking "watch" and refreshing the page did not resolve the issue, leading to frustration as I couldn't access the content I paid for. I tried to seek help on the UFC.tv FAQ page, but encountered a "[redacted] Bad Gateway" "nginx" error, possibly due to technical issues on their website. As a solution, I had to purchase UFC [redacted] on Amazon for $65 to view the fights I missed. Being a dedicated UFC fan, this experience left me disappointed and inconvenienced, especially as the video stream was inaccessible despite purchasing the event. I hope for a resolution to this matter as I value my UFC viewing experience. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, I purchased this app for my soon-to-be ex-husband. I asked him if he had changed the payment method, and he confirmed he had. However, I just discovered charges from iTunes on my bank account - $9.99 and $64.99. I need assistance removing my bank information from the app. My husband claims he removed it, but I want to ensure my information is not stored there. Previously, in December, I tried to cancel a subscription, but an Apple representative said I had no subscriptions. Despite this, I was still charged $9.99 and $64.99 today. I appreciate any help with this matter.

Dear UFC,
I am currently facing an issue with the UFC app on my phone. Despite being logged in, I encountered a message prompting me to join when attempting to watch a previous fight. Specifically, I wanted to view Johnny Hendricks vs. Robbie Lawler I from UFC [redacted]. Although the app displayed my logged-in status upon backing up, I was unable to commence viewing the fight without being asked to join. There was no option to sign in again, and despite being already signed in, the only available choice was to join, resulting in ineligibility.
I am struggling to seek assistance due to the lack of clear contact information. Additionally, I previously experienced multiple charges from Google for the same service within one month. Despite being a single-person household with a maximum of two devices, I faced challenges resolving the duplicate charges. This ultimately led to cancelling my account and creating a new one with the email [redacted]
My primary request is for the app to function seamlessly and for efficient customer support to address any technical issues promptly. I strive for a resolution that ensures the app works seamlessly and support is easily accessible for resolving future complications.
Warm regards,
Robert Proctor

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service. The app I pay $9.99 a month for is subpar. I am frustrated that I need to download the ESPN app to watch certain fights. Furthermore, the app indicated someone else was using my account shortly after I signed up. The FAQ page is outdated, and for a major company, these issues are inexcusable. I demand a refund for the first month or I will cancel my subscription. UFC Fight Pass has been a waste of money for me, and I feel let down by the service provided. It is concerning that a company of this size struggles with app functionality and user experience, especially for a premium monthly fee.

I have noticed a recurring charge of 9.99 a month on my Amazon account for several months. I recently discovered this charge is for UFC Fight Pass, which I had signed up for a free trial but forgot to cancel. When I attempted to log into my account, neither my main email nor my secondary email were recognized. Concerned about a possible account breach, I suspect my information may have been altered, preventing my access while still being charged. A similar issue occurred with my Hulu account. I am seeking clarification on this situation and prompt assistance to resolve it. Thank you.
