I have information about a stolen truck in Siler City, NC. A girl in a picture has been identified, and they also stole from my business. I have all the details on her. Unfortunately, the local authorities have not taken any action. The truck, rented by Ashley Roberson and Jessie Hawks, has not been returned. I know she is residing with her brothers. I even have a picture of her selling my stolen items at a flea market. Her name is Lynne Marley. It seems the local police are not interested in pursuing this matter. I have contacted your dealer regarding pressing charges, and they mentioned it's up to you. They confirmed the girl in the picture as the one who rented the trailer. I am requesting a full refund for the 6x12 trailer as it was not road-ready or safe. We had to wait for 5 1/2 hours before they fixed the running lights, which then malfunctioned again during the trip from Illinois to Florida. We were pulled over in Southern Illinois due to the trailer having no lights. Upon returning the trailer, a staff member at the U-Haul site noted that one of the tires was dangerously bent outward, highlighting that U-Haul should not have rented out a trailer in such a condition.

We sent 2 Uboxes from Calgary to Montreal with a guaranteed delivery date to Boisbriand on July 9, followed by delivery to our new home on July 10. Unfortunately, upon delivery, one of the units was damaged, along with some of our items. After relocating our belongings to a new container due to the damage, we were told to expect contact from Delivery and Insurance agents by July 11. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, we have not received updates. Apparently, our containers are now scheduled for delivery on the 20th, significantly delayed from the original date. We urgently need the delivery of our belongings and to discuss the insurance claim. We are frustrated by the lack of communication and the inconvenience this has caused during our move.

I was charged for 2 days despite only renting the truck for 4 hours. The rental location on Camp Wisdom in Dallas, Texas said they would deduct a day, but my reservation was for only 4 hours. I need the credit for the extra day they charged me for when the truck broke down. I didn't get a replacement truck and had to drive the faulty one back as instructed. Returning after hours, I had to drop the keys in the night deposit box since the location was closed. I have video evidence of waiting, but the agent only offered to remove one day from the bill. I feel this is unfair treatment as I never received credit for the breakdown and was overcharged for 2 days.

I reserved a trailer pickup at The Schoolhouse Vendor Market in Toccoa, GA for 3 pm on 7/21/23. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the staff couldn't provide the trailer as expected. I was asked to go to another location due to a delay with the boss returning. It was frustrating as I had made a reservation, and the trailer was available. A friend needed to rent a U-Haul but didn't have a card, so I let her use mine for a one-day rental. I recently had to update my email and phone number on my U-Haul account for security purposes. Despite customer service making these changes, I am unable to access my account to pay my growing bill for the storage unit. I am unable to visit the location in person, and despite trying for nearly two weeks, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I have not received any responses when contacting the location, and I have been transferred multiple times. I am eager to settle my bill and request to have any late fees waived as this situation is due to a failure in the system, not my error.

I am curious about U-Haul's policy on renter privacy while accessing their storage units. Specifically, I would like to know if renters are allowed to lower the roll-up door to maintain privacy when going through their personal items to prevent onlookers from seeing inside. During my recent visit to my indoor unit, I lowered the door for privacy due to frequent passersby. However, the door suddenly opened without any warning from an employee who then observed me and my possessions without explanation. This intrusion into my privacy caused me distress, especially considering my age and health. I have not yet addressed this with on-site management, but I believe the employee involved should be reprimanded or removed to prevent potential legal issues in the future. On July 8th, [redacted], Randy B., Jeremy E., Jessie S., and I, Elizabeth S., left Newberry, SC in a 26 ft U-Haul truck rented by Jeremy E. Unfortunately, I am the only licensed driver in the group, even though my name is not on the rental agreement. Only Jeremy E. and Randy B. are listed on it, and neither of them has a valid driver's license, only photo IDs. This caused issues when trying to access our storage unit in Anmore, WV, as my name needs to be on the contract or one of them would need to permit me entry.
Subsequently, the group split up, with Randy B. now in SC with new contact information as his phone is in the storage unit. I have been unable to reach him for permission. Attempts to retrieve my belongings were met with difficulty at the U-Haul facility, as the manager, Sam, and Sheriff Quinn of Anmore, WV, were unhelpful and accused me of wrongdoing. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, they were confrontational.
I am concerned about my property being removed and potentially sold without my consent. I witnessed the unloading of the truck into the unit and spent the night at the U-Haul storage lot with the group. However, Sam claims otherwise, but surveillance footage should confirm my presence. It is crucial to address the lack of valid driver's licenses on file to invalidate the contract. Efforts to contact the rental location in Newberry, SC, are encouraged to clarify why my name was excluded and how unlicensed individuals were allowed to drive the truck.

I made a reservation to install a hitch on my [redacted] Nissan Altima to attach a mobility scooter trailer. The person I spoke with recommended a 1 and 1/4-inch hitch, but I couldn't find a compatible trailer or carrier for it. I tried contacting the U-Haul dealer that installed the hitch multiple times, but every call either put me on hold or promised to call back with a solution, which never happened. If anyone can assist me in finding a solution to transport the mobility scooter, I would greatly appreciate it.

Our package was delivered a day late due to forklift problems and now they are delayed in picking it up again for the same reason. We are in a tight spot as we were planning to leave for Arizona and our camper has already been winterized. We have no choice but to book a hotel for tonight and possibly another night. Is there a possibility of reimbursement for these unexpected expenses? Do you have any recommended hotels in the area? Please advise as I was expecting to be in Albuquerque by Saturday.
