I got into a fight where the other person started by pushing me and using bad language. When they threw the first punch, I defended myself, but no one listened to my side. I was told it was my fault. I wonder what would have happened if I had let myself be hit. I need help, I want to work at Tyson Foods, it's an excellent company. I'm asking for a second chance. The other person doesn't care, they said they can work anywhere and make more money than me using a different name. They were called Rubén there but their real name is Jorge. I was let go while they stayed, laughing. Please consider giving me another chance. I worked at Tyson for a total of 15 years, I know many roles, and I'm a good worker. We all make mistakes, but I've learned from mine. Please, give me the opportunity to show I won't make the same mistakes again. I miss working at Tyson, where my family and friends are. I will appreciate your help. Thank you sincerely, Enrique P. P.S. Watch out for safety issues on the second shift; some employees drink alcohol during breaks, even when they shouldn't be. I hope this is kept confidential.

On the 2nd of July, there was an accident involving me, D.T., and a new employee at the workplace. While I was handling a pallet, the new employee tried to get my attention in a slippery area. As he approached, unable to halt his motion, his hand got caught in between my forklift and his. I promptly moved the lift to free his hand and reported the incident to a supervisor. Despite walking him to the nurse's office myself, the supervisor did not act immediately. Later, as we were writing statements in the office, I realized I still had earphones around my neck from lunch. Although the supervisor noticed and could have given me a warning, I believe she has shown bias towards me in the past. Following a recent incident where she wrongfully tried to make me work extra shifts or threatened with insubordination points, I lodged a complaint to the corporate office. Despite her prior behavior improving afterwards, I suspect her recent suspension of me for three days for allegedly using earphones is unjust. I fear this may be a form of retaliation, as she has been suspending several good workers lately. I hope for fair treatment and equal opportunities for everyone at Tyson Foods shipping department in Forest.

I assisted with job applications at my home for people in need during the last July due to the closure of Tyson's walk-in applications because of the pandemic. My neighbors, who do not speak English or know how to use a computer, asked for my help. I submitted the applications on their behalf. Some paid me $20, $30, $40, or $50, others did not pay but thanked me. Unfortunately, I was let go by HR Manager J.H. due to what he perceived as mistakes. I feel unjustly treated as he did not consider my efforts. I believe he lacks respect for workers. I seek help to get my job back. Thank you.

I experienced a work incident at Tyson Foods in Logansport, Indiana, in [redacted]. Conflicting stories were told by the front office guy and the workers about what happened. I collapsed on the work floor and later woke up in an ambulance where Narcan was administered at Logansport Hospital. I am uncertain why there was a delay in providing treatment and what truly occurred. There are videos available that the FDA should be able to access, including footage from the ambulance. This incident has greatly impacted my life, prompting me to seek legal assistance and reach out to various organizations. I am considering the possibility of a lawsuit against Tyson on my behalf. If anyone has sued Tyson in connection to my case, I would like to know more details. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

After being in an automotive accident and having multiple surgeries resulting in having my jaw wired shut, I followed doctor's orders not to work as I had medical excuses for the absences. Despite having clear documentation, I was surprised to hear from HR at Tyson Carthage, Mississippi, that I should not return to work. While no official termination or explanation has been communicated, I am concerned about the lack of clarity surrounding my employment status. I have a genuine attachment to my job at Tyson and value the relationships I have built there. I feel unsettled by the way this situation is being handled and seek some resolution.

When I opened the bag of Tyson Honey Breast Tenders, I was shocked to find hard black chunks inside. Unsure of what they were, I immediately threw the bag away. I took pictures of the black items found in the bag of chicken before disposing of it. I attempted to email you regarding this issue and will include the pictures I took of the black items in the bag of breast tenders.
Respectfully submitted,
R. Tyler
