Order #[redacted]98: I am hoping this order number will help you identify the item I need to discuss. I bought the impact driver last fall, towards the end of the season. I still have the original box it came in. Although I tested it briefly, I didn't actually use it before heading to Gulf Shores, AL for the winter. Now that I'm back in northern MI and the weather is improving, I've started working on the projects I intended to use the impact driver for. It initially seemed to function correctly when I first tried it, but now it's only making a few clicking sounds in the "in" mode without powering on. Strangely, it works fine on the out stroke. I am hoping to return the entire package for a replacement as it is pristine with no signs of wear. Thank you for your help in this matter.
