Marine and Navy Solutions Assistance Request: Our vessel experienced issues with the fire alarm system, including open loops and faults in loops A and B, as well as a malfunction in the CCP software. The crew accidentally misconfigured the system during sensor replacement, possibly by pressing the AUTOCONFIG button. We require a service engineer to correctly program the fire loops addresses. Please respond promptly if a local engineer in TOGO LOME is available to come on board and restore our system. The vessel is expected to arrive on 24-02 or the exact time is still to be announced.
