I visited the store yesterday to buy a Christmas present and inquired about the return policy, as I thought I was already enrolled in their Perks program due to receiving emails and being a loyal customer. To my surprise, they asked me to sign up for the program for the extended return period. They provided me with a plastic card and instructed me to register online, which resulted in a new card number. I was unaware that I could have received a $10 discount if my purchase totaled $50 or more after signing up. I only spent $41.97, missing out on the benefit. Do I need to return the pillows and spend more to qualify for the $10 discount? How can I update the card number to match the plastic one they issued me, which is [redacted]? Sincerely, H.J. Lee

During my recent visit to the Tucson store, I encountered an unpleasant experience with an employee named Paulette. When I was ready to check out with a few small items in a canvas box, she insisted I get a cart, even though I had finished shopping. Despite no other customers being around and no signs indicating this store policy, she was insistent that I could not check out without a cart due to Covid protocols. I expressed my disappointment to her and later called to speak to the store manager, who turned out to be Paulette. Her attitude changed during our conversation, even mentioning her asthma as an excuse for her behavior. Regardless of her health issues, every customer deserves respect and understanding. This incident has tarnished my usual positive experiences at this store, and I feel compelled to share this story online to ensure better service for all customers. If there is indeed a cart policy for check out, it should be clearly communicated to avoid further misunderstandings.

I bought 7 End Caps from the Greenville NC store on March 23, [redacted], before it closed on March 28. I scheduled a pick-up for today, March 27, and was told I could come by at any time during store hours. However, when I arrived around 2:30 PM on the 27th, the store was closed, with a sign stating it was open only for pick-ups. I checked both doors but found no one there. Unable to reach anyone through the phone number provided, as it prompts to call back later without the option to leave a message. My contact information is on the receipt. I placed an order on September 22 via Tuesday Morning's website for merchandise, with Order number LGG54389 and tracking number ATT [redacted]26CN. I am having difficulty reaching Tuesday Morning's customer service at [redacted]. It appears to be affiliated with Kohl's. I urgently need to communicate about my shipment as the tracking status shows it as "delivered," although I have not received it. Could someone please contact me at [redacted] regarding this issue? I am concerned about where and when this supposed delivery was made as it has not reached me.
