TruMed LLC Customer Service Issues

I am a regular customer from Mudipu Bantwal TQ. One Khallel came to deliver a packet yesterday. I paid Rs. [redacted].39 online while receiving, but he said the amount was not received. I couldn't see the screen as it was in the hot sun outside. He wanted to see my phone to check for a while. Later on, I found the payment had gone twice, once to his personal account. I called him up and sent 2 screenshots of the payments, but still no response. I think it's a deliberate act. How can I get back my ₹[redacted] immediately? If I go to the police, the company's name will be at stake. Can you do something?
