I want to share my recent experience with Cruise and Maritime Voyages on a 45-night cruise trip. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing journey. The company did not fulfill their promise of providing a 45-night cruise, and even the timing was off. I was instructed to arrive in Singapore on 4/22/19, but the ship was not there until the next day on 4/23. Having arrived at 6 AM, I had to find my own accommodation since the ship was not ready, and they have not reimbursed me yet. It would have been simple for them to inform me of the delay via call, text, or email. I checked past reviews mentioning similar issues that I faced. It's concerning how they lacked customer service and basic consideration for their passengers. I hope others do not have to go through the same disappointing experience.

I am a loyal Travelzoo customer, and I have previously taken advantage of your offers. However, I must express my concern regarding the Disneyland, CA ticket deal. While the initial savings seem appealing, the added taxes and fees upon purchasing are quite surprising. In the case of theme park tickets, there should be no taxes, yet the fees exceed the amount when buying directly from Disney. This seems like a questionable practice. Your disclaimer about additional taxes and fees being standard does not justify nearly matching Disneyland's regular ticket prices. The only positive aspect is the inclusion of a $25 Restaurant.com gift card. I would appreciate your insights on this matter and look forward to your response.

I received an email from Travel Zoo offering a tempting deal for a 7-day cruise with Prestige Cruises on the Holland America Veendam, departing from Ft. Lauderdale on 4/8/20. The deal included free airfare (up to $[redacted]), free tips, shipboard credit, taxes, and an enticing free alcoholic drink package. Excited about the offer, I visited Prestige Cruises.com to book, only to discover conflicting information. Upon calling on 12/17, I was informed that I could not have both the free flights and drink package. Awaiting further clarification, I was advised by Christina to call back on 12/18 for updated promotions. The next day, Autumn (reachable at [redacted]) reiterated the limitation of choosing only one offer. Despite sending a copy of the advertisement to Prestige Cruises, I am yet to receive a response. Feeling frustrated by the inconsistency, I am seeking resolution or clarification on the advertised deal.

I recently booked 6 tickets online for the Las Vegas Happy Half Hour roller coaster but encountered an issue with the credit card billing information not matching. I bought an evening meal at The Ritz hotel in London as a gift for my daughter and her husband last December through Travel Zoo. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, they haven't been able to use it as planned. Is it possible to extend the voucher? Also, my daughter can't find the paperwork. Can you help us with this issue? As a loyal customer of Travel Zoo, I want to share my recent experience with business-class.com. I reached out to them for an airline price quote and provided my contact information with the expectation of receiving a call or email during regular business hours. However, I was surprised when they called me at 11:45 PM, waking everyone at home. Despite my request to not call back due to the late hour, they persistently called me five more times in a row, causing a disturbance. It is common courtesy not to contact someone's residence after 9 PM, let alone close to midnight. I hope Travel Zoo addresses this issue as it reflects poorly on their reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I purchased four one-night vouchers for Hotel Observatoire Luxembourg in Paris from your Canadian branch. I made a reservation with the hotel using the vouchers, but had to cancel my trip due to illness. The hotel confirmed the cancellation. However, when I try to request a refund on your website, it shows the vouchers with a "reservation made" status, preventing me from doing so. It has been a week, and the issue remains unresolved. Could you update the status of the vouchers to show that there is no active reservation, allowing me to proceed with the refund request? Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I booked a package for Athens & Santorini through Jetline Travel but have since discovered negative feedback about the company. Despite receiving our travel documents for a departure from Los Angeles on 5/1/23, there were several errors that I promptly reported. I contacted the agent after sending a cancellation letter two months ago but only received a call recently. I raised concerns about being unable to reach the agent or a supervisor in November and December. I am disappointed with the service provided by Jetline Travel, especially since I had specified my preference for business class at the time of booking. When I tried to select our airline seats, I was unexpectedly charged extra for business class. This experience has left me unsure about how to proceed; any advice would be appreciated.

I made a reservation through Travel Zoo, which got canceled due to COVID. The booking was with Jetline, and now I have a credit voucher of $[redacted] from them. Despite wanting a refund, Jetline is only offering the credit. When I tried to use the credit for a $[redacted] trip, they directed me to their customer service, who now requires an additional $[redacted] for the same trip available for $[redacted] on their website. Repeated attempts to resolve this have been unsuccessful. I also came across a $[redacted] trip on Travel Zoo for Sept. 15th, but Jetline insisted it was sold out and offered the same trip for $[redacted] on the 11th. Upon checking Travel Zoo again, the flight appeared available. Your advice on this situation would be appreciated.
