I am a homeowner with Travelers of Florida and need to cancel my policy as my wife and I are moving. I have spent all day trying to contact customer service and was informed that I need to speak with a "Florida Agent" due to my location. However, I have been unable to find any agent's contact information to assist me. I was told that a Florida agent will reach out to me within 48 hours, but this delay is concerning as we are in the midst of moving and require immediate assistance. My policy number is [redacted]. Thank you.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your Traveler's employees. Despite being assured that everything was in order with my policy, it was unexpectedly canceled. I have contacted multiple representatives, including one who claimed to be a supervisor, and requested to have my calls reviewed and escalated. I was offered insurance by local agents in Birmingham without my consent. I received checks totaling $[redacted].00 and $[redacted].00, but no one from Traveler's followed up to confirm my coverage as promised. This situation is urgent and important to me. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Supima Davis.

I had unsettling experiences with my landlady, Angela Cruz, in Connecticut who also sold insurance products for Travelers. Since [redacted], my apartment has flooded due to plumbing issues, and her family has made offensive remarks about my religion/ethnicity. Mrs. Cruz has pressured me to join a football betting pool, marry her underage daughter, and replace her son. There was a car accident in [redacted] where the Cruz family hinted they knew the driver who hit me. During a theft incident, Mrs. Cruz was involved in returning my wallet through a strange chain of events involving law enforcement. I stopped driving due to unusual vehicle malfunctions possibly caused by her husband, their mechanic. I am disturbed by these events and need to move out safely. I am uncertain about my well-being in Connecticut. I wonder if Travelers is aware of Mrs. Cruz's behavior and if they can help in any way.

I was in an accident in October [redacted] with claim #FNA2493. I was promised a $[redacted].00 settlement in October by your agent, Krysten Green, as your insured was at fault. Yet, I had to pay for my vehicle repairs and still await my deductible and settlement. State Farm mentioned a lack of communication from your end. I'd like an update on the status after over 3 months. You can reach me at [redacted].

Dear fellow travelers,
I am writing regarding claim number IKL[redacted]00IP for my [redacted] Jeep Wrangler and payment number P719273.
I have communicated with agent Latoya Green on May 12th, 14th, and 15th regarding the settlement. Latoya mentioned on the 12th that the payment to PayPal would take up to 48 hours but by the 14th, PayPal had not received anything. Despite Latoya's assurance that the payment was authorized on May 12th, PayPal had no record of it.
After multiple conversations with PayPal confirming they did not receive the funds, Latoya suggested canceling the payment and resending it via zelle to our bank account.
Contacting Travelers, Jocelyn assured us the payment should be processed promptly. The delay has caused extra expenses in rental fees. We are disappointed with Latoya's handling of the situation and may escalate this matter to her manager.
Best,
S.B. Packard

We recently had to replace the cracked windshield on our new car, which was less than 2 months old. Our insurance provider recommended Safelight. However, shortly after the replacement, a "collision" message appeared on our screen, even though there was no actual collision. We immediately returned to the dealership for inspection, where the head mechanic found that the harness belt was not connected after Safelight's installation. We submitted the bill to Travelers Reimbursement Department, explaining the issue. This has been our first experience with Safelight, and it has been disheartening and frustrating. We have been waiting for a resolution since October [redacted]. We urge for a prompt resolution to this situation. We hope for your assistance in restoring our trust in your company.

As a long-time customer of Travelers, I have faced some challenges recently. Amidst battling illness and fraud affecting my bank account, I updated my account information with Travelers, or so I thought. Unfortunately, I received cancellation notices for my auto and home insurance policies. Moreover, despite requesting removal of my snowmobile from the auto insurance, my agent at C J Insurance Agency in Greenbush, NY failed to do so, insisting Travelers would not allow it. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to Travelers only to be directed back to the agent, which I found to be inadequate customer service. I hope to resolve these issues promptly.

Last week, I previously reported my auto and home insurance policies had been canceled. I contacted Travelers multiple times and was advised to speak directly with my agent, who I called and left a message with when he didn't answer. He later returned my call, promising to work on reinstating my policies. Despite his assurance, I have not received any updates. Checking my online account shows it is inactive. I also discussed with my agent why I had two auto policies and found out he was still billing me for snowmobile insurance I had cancelled years ago. He claimed it was with another company, which I suspect is untrue. I raised this issue with Travelers' Customer Service but have not received a response yet.

After being with Geico for 25 years for auto insurance, I contacted them for homeowner's insurance and spoke with the appropriate representative. I paid my annual bill with account number [redacted]31. However, upon returning from a week in ICU at Peterson's Hospital in Kerrville, I discovered that Travelers had canceled my homeowner's policy, deeming it below their standards. The property consists of a 6-acre farm with chickens, a sagging fence, a 70-year-old chicken house, and some deteriorating wood. The county tax assessor values it at $[redacted],[redacted]. Resolving this issue would honor the initial agreement and alleviate stress for this elderly lady. Thank you, Susan Tefft. I prefer text messages at [redacted] as I do not have a functioning email.
