Good morning, I made a reservation with SAS back in February at CLARION HOTEL Tromso, but unfortunately, due to COVID-19, I couldn't travel. I informed the hotel, SAS, and you via email, and Alessio from reply.travelnow.com replied on 25/03/[redacted], promising me a voucher. However, I have not received anything yet. I would appreciate a prompt response and a solution to the issue; otherwise, I will have to seek assistance from the Consumer Association, but I hope not to. Best regards, SERENA SABINA. The hotel did not agree to a refund, but we can offer you a voucher to use in the future with the same hotel through Expedia. The voucher will be sent to your email within 4 weeks.
