On June 1, [redacted], I successfully sent money to my wife through Brightwell. I have the PIN screenshot as a reference for her to claim the funds. However, when she tried to collect the money at various business centers like LBC, CEBUANA, MLHUILLIER, BDO BANK, and VILLARICA, the staff asked her to wait for 7 days due to an error or unavailability of funds. Even on June 8, [redacted], when she attempted to claim it at BDO Bank in the Philippines, the PIN still did not work. I contacted Brightwell via email, and they confirmed the money was paid to my wife despite her not receiving it. This is crucial to me as I worked hard for this money over two long days. I am sincerely asking for assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Dear Madam/Sir,
I am Ms. K.B. from Echague Isabela, Philippines, experiencing issues with an "unclaimed" remittance. My friend sent money from Italy on March 3, [redacted], and I received a notification from Transfast at 4:11am to collect it. Despite visiting ETC Pawnshop Echague Branch twice, I couldn't receive the money due to system maintenance. Visiting Palawan, I discovered the money had already been claimed, even though ETC stated it wasn't processed on their end.
I seek assistance in tracing where and when the money was claimed. The inconsistencies in the system are causing confusion. I appreciate any help from Transfast.

I conducted a transaction on March 3, [redacted], wherein I sent $1,[redacted].00 to my sister in the Philippines via Transfast. Regrettably, my sister was informed by Transfast that the money was already received, but she has not received anything as the transaction details are in her possession. I promptly contacted Brightwell regarding this issue and was informed about Transfast's ongoing problem with sending money to the Philippines. Despite my efforts since March 3rd, the matter remains unresolved. Given the urgent nature of this transaction involving a significant amount of money, I urgently request an investigation into the status of my funds. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
