We recently returned from a June Western Frontiers Trafalgar vacation.
1) I accidentally deleted the email link Trafalgar sent for selecting a gift as a return traveler. Could you kindly resend the link? Additionally, two other returning guests, including Caroline A. Goodrich and Jerry D. Goodrich, did not receive any emails. Shouldn't all returning travelers get this offer?
2) Our Travel Director, Jack, mentioned sending an email with everyone's contact details to share photos, but we never received it.
3) During the trip, the bus roof leaked for several days, causing inconvenience to us seated nearby. Fortunately, we managed to avoid direct drips by moving around, but the issue persisted until a whole section was affected before it was fixed.
