Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding a recent booking I made through your website, www.toursforfun.com. On April 18th, I purchased a Texas 8-day tour group for June 7th, [redacted], totaling $[redacted] per person for a group of four, with a confirmed order number C-[redacted]-US. However, shortly after booking, I noticed that the tour price was reduced by 12%, resulting in a significant price difference of $[redacted] for our group. I contacted your customer service team via phone to request a price match, but unfortunately, my request was denied. Furthermore, I have sent emails to both [redacted] and [redacted] to resolve this issue, but I have not received any response. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by the lack of assistance and communication regarding this matter.
