I purchased two phones but couldn't find a company to accept them on a contract in my area. I requested a return and received return labels but my printer was broken. Now that I have a working printer, I've missed the return deadline. I live far from the nearest Walmart in WV, making it difficult to return the phones on time. I would appreciate an extension as the phones are good, but I have no service where I am. Thank you for your assistance. This is not my usual practice, it's my first return request. There was fraudulent activity on my card at the end of May. The person knew personal details and made purchases, overdrawing the account by over $[redacted]. The bank is investigating. Odd items were sent to my daughter's house, and I received emails about other items no one received. I never heard of your company before this. I need to know the total amount charged. This situation caused a lot of stress between my daughter and me. I want proof it wasn't me for us to reconcile. Can you provide clarification on these unauthorized charges? Thank you, Linda A.

Hello, my name is Debbie Valotta. I used to be an active customer purchasing items on Tophatter until one day my niece, who is 7 years old, ordered some things without my knowledge while I was busy. When I tried to place an order later, I found out that my account was suspended. I reached out to customer support but didn't receive a response. I then discovered I could shop by browsing and making purchases, but encountered issues making a payment. Now, I keep receiving messages to pay my invoice, but I'm unable to do so. I have been patient with delayed deliveries and missing items. Despite these challenges, I enjoy bidding on items with Tophatter and would like to continue as a customer if the issue can be resolved. I have unfortunately fallen victim to credit card fraud with four unauthorized charges on my statement to your company on August 2nd, [redacted]. The charges are as follows: $[redacted] at 2:20AM, $[redacted] at 2:26AM, $26 at 3:04AM, and $[redacted] at 3:20AM, totaling $[redacted]. I have already reported this to my credit card company, and the card has been canceled. While the refund may take up to 60 days, I am in urgent need of financial assistance as my funds are limited due to being on disability. I have been tirelessly contacting all merchants involved but have not been successful in reaching your support. I kindly request that you cancel the order and refund me the $[redacted] to alleviate the financial strain I am currently facing. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to support my claim. I won three separate orders for hemp oil from KW Investments. However, upon receiving my package, I noticed that out of the three bottles I ordered, only two were included in the delivery. These two bottles were poorly packaged in a padded envelope and both of them were leaking approximately half an ounce of oil. Despite the online status showing that all three bottles were delivered, I only received two. I am concerned about the missing bottle and the leakage issue with the delivered ones. I received the package on August 2nd, and I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly. I ordered a shoe rack, but I received too many small rods no.1 and not enough medium rods no.2. I require 16 more medium rods no.2 to complete assembly and have the intended 10 shelves. I could only manage to assemble 6 shelves with the rods I received. Additionally, the cover doesn't fit due to the incomplete setup. I contacted support three days ago but have yet to receive assistance. I hope to leave a positive review once the shoe rack is fully assembled and functional. I placed a bid on a backup camera and monitor for $14 and when I proceeded to checkout, there was an offer to buy one and get one for the same price. I purchased the additional item, making my total $32, which includes the $4 SD card. Despite this, Adam only refunded me $18. I have evidence from Tophatter showing the total paid was $32 on June 30th at 9:11:57 AM, supported by my bank statement. I expected to receive 2 cameras, 2 monitors, and my SD card, but only received 1 camera and wires. As a loyal customer with a history of purchases, I am disappointed and request a full refund to my card. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention.

Order number [redacted]9. I received the soldering iron only, and not the full kit as promised. I returned the item as instructed but have not received a refund of £19.45. I provided a photo of the return confirmation on 21st August as requested, but I am disappointed with the lack of response or refund.

I have returned the items that were sent to me. I am awaiting my refund, and I have $63 in the wallet on the app that I can't use to bid on anything. If I can't bid, I require a refund of the $63 from the wallet, along with reimbursement for all the items I returned. I received a message stating I didn't return the items on time, but I actually sent them out by the 28th. The items included around 12 to 13 different fake jewelry pieces. The jewelry was advertised as real gold, but it turned out to be fake. It's disappointing that the fake items are still listed on the website. I demand a refund for the items I returned and the $63 in my wallet. If I don't receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to take legal action.

I cancelled two orders, [redacted] and [redacted]. The $31 order was a mistake as I wanted silver, not the one ordered. It wouldn't fit my phone. The $9 order was accidental. Despite them crediting me $40, my bank shows they still deducted it even after confirming the refund. They were supposed to be cancelled, not charged to my bank without permission. Top Hatter is responsible for this error. The $40 credit is missing from my account, despite their FAQ stating it doesn't expire.

As a loyal customer, I have been experiencing login issues for the past two days. Despite initially resetting my password successfully via email, this method has recently stopped working. Although I have requested multiple password reset emails, I have not received any correspondence from your end. Is it possible to provide an alternative method to create a new password instead of relying on the email reset option?

My account has been compromised, and someone has been making unauthorized returns of items I purchased using my credit card. I suspect they have accessed multiple accounts and received refunds in my name. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Tophatter over the past 6-7 months to address this issue and freeze the accounts, I have received no response. I've encountered an issue with my recent orders. The first item never arrived, and although I wasn't given a choice, they refunded me with credits. I used these credits to purchase another item, but unfortunately, it also did not work. They again issued a refund in credits, despite me wanting my money back. I prefer the original refund in cash rather than credits, as I have decided not to make any further purchases from this app.

I recently received an Android 16GB tablet as a gift for my partner, who is unwell. Unfortunately, upon turning it on, it did not work properly, continuously resetting itself and not functioning as expected. I am very disappointed as this was meant to be something to bring a little joy during a difficult time for my partner. I recently made an order for a battery-operated kids' electronic car priced at $24 with order number [redacted]1. However, my credit card shows a charge for a memory card with the order number [redacted]1 for $11.86 instead. I received a notice stating that I haven't paid for the electronic car, which I intended to purchase. Hello, I attempted to input my card information around five times, and each time $0.01 was charged from my credit card. Unfortunately, the system kept rejecting it, claiming the address was incorrect. Since I'm in Australia, I don't have a zip code, so I used my postal code instead.
In conclusion, the system took money and recognized my card, but it won't permit me to complete the transaction. Please resolve this issue or contact me for further discussion. Ideally, I would prefer to be removed from the Tophatters site at this point. Thank you.

I ordered a sweater for $16.00 and was billed twice through PayPal. I only want one sweater and should only be charged once. I contacted PayPal to dispute one of the charges, and they provided me with a phone number for customer service that didn't work. Please do not send two sweaters, only one is needed. I have had multiple disappointing experiences with Tophatter. The items I receive are drastically different from what was shown in the pictures, almost to the point of false advertising. Despite not receiving the correct products, they have neither refunded my money nor addressed my concerns. I am frustrated as I have had to cover the costs out of my own pocket. Instead of the glass mirror or equivalent I expected, I received small, scratched-up plastic pieces. I have tried to contact them via email, but it seems like I have been blocked. I am extremely angry and feel like they have done nothing to resolve these issues. I demand a refund, compensation for my time and effort, and to be treated fairly after enduring this situation for a while.
