Timex Customer Service Issues

I am quite frustrated with my recent purchase of the Timex Gallatin watch. Despite its sleek design, I am incredibly disappointed that the bezel does not rotate as advertised. This unexpected flaw has really left me feeling bewildered and upset. I have been a loyal wearer of Timex Expeditions for two decades, so this deviation from their usual quality and functionality is disheartening. I feel like this stylish watch has been reduced to a mere accessory without a key feature it was supposed to have. Now I am unsure how to proceed - do I stick with the brand I have always loved or switch to a different one altogether? The thought of abandoning my trusty Expeditions for a less reliable option is truly disheartening. It's a tough situation to be in.

I purchased a Timex women's watch with an expandable wristband and indigo lighting three months ago, and I absolutely adore it. Unfortunately, the crystal is now badly shattered, and I'll need to get a new watch. I always struggle with the bands on watches being too large, and I'm not sure how to adjust them myself. I am having trouble finding bands for my Timex Iron Man Data Link watches. I have two and rely on them regularly. The only issue I've encountered is that if you put the cover on after changing the battery upside down, it goes silent. Apart from that, my Data Link watches serve me well. Dear Sirs, I recently bought a Timex "Charles Street" Indigo wristwatch model T2N093 (WR 30 M). I've had it for under a week and encountered an issue when trying to set it up. I sent a watch with issues after only three months of use. I received an email on 12/14 instructing me to print a return form, which I already sent on 11/28. The tracking information indicates that you received the watch on 12/4. Unfortunately, despite trying to call during business hours, you have not been available. I also emailed seeking assistance and was promised a response within one business day, but it has been over a week with no reply. I was informed it would take about two weeks to resolve the issue, but there has been no progress so far.
