I received a renewal notice from Time earlier this year, but unfortunately, I found it just recently among my papers. The offer was for early March, and it included a gift subscription, which is something I had enjoyed in the past. Dealing with medical bills and expenses has been stressful, and Time is a source of enjoyment and relaxation for me and my companion. I would greatly appreciate it if the offer could still be extended to me. Thank you for considering my situation.

I've been a subscriber to a magazine for years. After moving temporarily for housesitting, I didn't realize I needed to update my address with Time. I assumed the USPS notification would be enough. Now, I'm trying to create an account to update my address, but I can't find where to do that. Despite being computer literate, I'm struggling to locate the account creation option. If I had an account previously, I've forgotten the details. Any advice or assistance in updating my address would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently seeking cover stories from [redacted] about the Susan Smith crime for a college essay. I attempted to access them through my Time magazine online subscription but mistakenly ended up subscribing to the print edition. Now, when I try to log in, I can't recall my password, and there's no option for password recovery. I urgently need access to these articles to complete my paper due in a week and a half. Can someone please advise me on how to retrieve my password or create a new one to obtain the necessary information? Thank you for your assistance in helping me find these articles.

I requested to cancel my subscription to Time magazine, not realizing it would stop sending me issues after my current subscription ended. I tried to explain this to them via email twice, but only received automated responses confirming my cancellation date. Unfortunately, those emails did not provide a way for me to respond since they were not monitored. I feel at a loss for what to do next. Can someone help me with this issue? Thank you, S. Foth.

I tried reaching out to Time Magazine via email or phone but had trouble connecting with the correct department. Unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke with was unable to assist me in getting in touch with the specific department I needed. Despite attempts, the issue was not resolved.
I am searching for an email address to provide feedback on a Time Magazine article titled "The Best Ideas of [redacted]." I found that the article "Laws of Motion" does not quite meet the standard expected for such an award. Thank you.

Today, my checking account was charged $2.84 and $42.00 by tme*maghelp.com. I have no subscription to Men's Health and since my husband passed away last year, there are no men in my household. I have contacted my bank to dispute these charges, and they have put a hold on my account jeopardizing my automatic rent payments. I request a refund for these unauthorized charges and the closure of the account associated with them. Please confirm these actions.

Today, I noticed two charges on my checking account from tme*maghelp.com, one for $*.** and another for $**.**. I immediately filed a dispute with my bank as I do not have any subscriptions to Men's Health magazine, especially since my household has no men living in it after my husband's passing last year. The bank has placed a permanent hold on my account, which is problematic as my rent is usually automatically withdrawn from that account. I am eager for a refund of the charged amounts and for the account associated with these charges to be closed. Kindly confirm these actions.

While I understand the decision is final, I believe naming Ms. Thunberg as Time Magazine's Person of the Year could be seen as diminishing the seriousness of the climate change debate. Ms. Thunberg's actions may not fully represent the tireless efforts of climate change activists. Her method of protest, such as sailing on her parent's yacht and missing school, may not be the most effective way to address climate change. Additionally, the public's view of Ms. Thunberg as a privileged and temperamental teenager could potentially undermine the credibility of genuine climate change activists who are making significant progress. I am disappointed in the bias displayed in your magazine. When leaders who attend climate change conferences stop using private jets and limousines, maybe then I will pay attention to their message. Your praised environmental activist may sail, but her entourage's carbon footprint is substantial. I come from a country that actively reduces emissions and cleans up after itself, unlike many others. Instead of preaching to me, focus on countries like China and India. Your publication used to lean left, and now the lack of balanced reporting is even more evident. Regards, Stephen Coss

I'd like to express my gratitude to the editor, writers, and administrators for revealing the true nature of our beloved magazine as trash. I'm pleased to say that I've successfully convinced both my wife and our office manager to stop subscribing to this low-quality publication at all our locations. Like other tabloids, this one will also meet its end someday - thankfully! The idea of sharing my email with you is quite amusing. Your progressive values will lead to your downfall.

I am surprised by TIME's choice for Person of the Year, Greta. It seems questionable to select someone who points fingers at others. Through researching people's past lives with Pythagoras' numerology, I have found that Greta has a history of negative actions, especially in her last life. It appears she is projecting her failures onto others. Extremism is never the answer. I believe TIME should recognize individuals who promote love over hate and strive to unite rather than divide. It would be more meaningful to honor those who inspire positive change and solutions instead of protesting. We, as a collective, are accountable for our environment and its challenges, not just blaming others. Best regards, A. M. Gregorini, Switzerland

I recently received a letter indicating that my subscription renewal payment was outstanding, with another letter scheduled for immediate payment. I provided my VISA card details on December 7, [redacted], via postal mail, but I haven't received any confirmation and my TIME magazine delivery has not resumed. This is an unprecedented issue in my 15 years of subscribing. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach you via fax or phone from the Philippines.

Dear TIME Magazine,
I am reaching out to request a donation of your article titled "YOUTHQUAKE – How The World Will Change When A New Generation Leads" by Charlotte Alter, which was published in the February 3 issue. I am requesting these copies for distribution at the Minnesota Career Development Association’s (MCDA) annual Conference on March 3, [redacted].
The MCDA aims to promote the professional growth and well-being of its members, advocating for the field of career development. This year's conference theme is "SUPPORTING ALL GENERATIONS IN THE WORKFORCE," focusing on the impact of different generations in the workplace.
We are thrilled to have speakers covering all generations, including keynote speaker Josh Miller from XYZ University, who at 18 years old represents the Gen Z group. The YOUTHQUATE article aligns perfectly with our conference theme, and I would appreciate [redacted] copies for our attendees, acknowledging TIME for your generous contribution.
Please reach out to me to discuss this potential donation further.
Sincerely,
Nancy White, MSed

I won the Time Magazine prize in [redacted] or [redacted], which included a digital Time wristwatch. While I received the watch by post, I have not redeemed the monetary prize. I was contacted by telephone to visit the Time Magazine office in Uxbridge, but I was not provided with the address or postcode. At that time, I lived in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Due to family issues, I couldn't follow up. I emailed Time customer services, who assured me they would resolve the matter, but I have not received any updates. Can you help me with my claim? Thank you.

I am curious about the criteria used to select Coco Chanel for the March 5, [redacted] issue of Time magazine's "[redacted] Most Influential Women" article. Despite her controversial past as a Nazi spy during WWII, I wonder how her contributions were viewed positively in terms of societal betterment. Discovering her history of anti-Semitic beliefs and disdain for the impoverished has raised questions in my mind. Thank you in advance for shedding light on this topic promptly.

I am frustrated and disappointed with Time Magazine for selecting a person of the year who has not yet made a significant impact deserving of this recognition. Health care workers, who have been risking their lives during this challenging time, deserve more recognition and appreciation. I will not be purchasing your magazine again and will make sure to voice my disappointment about this decision.

The individuals featured on the front page of the news magazine by your owners and staff are concerning. It seems like there may be biases in the coverage, with questionable choices for representation. It is disheartening to witness what appears to be deceitful reporting. Perhaps it would be beneficial for the company to have individuals who are unafraid to address real issues and speak the truth. Encouraging dialogue with dissenting viewpoints could offer valuable perspectives. It's unfortunate to see such a direction taken, and it is hoped that there may be a shift towards more balanced and honest reporting in the future.
