I am having issues with the tickets I bought. The tickets I received do not match the ones I originally ordered. Ticketmaster blames ticketnetwork for the problem, while I have been reaching out for help through emails and calls without success. I bought 2 tickets for Eric Clapton's concert in September at center section row 5, but received tickets for section 1, row 2 instead. I spent $[redacted] on these tickets and am eager to receive the correct ones.

I recently bought Big Time Rush tickets through the Ticket Network website, but unfortunately, I entered the wrong email address. I've been unable to access the tickets as they were sent to the wrong email. I've tried reaching out via email and phone multiple times, but have had no success in resolving this issue. My order number is [redacted]2, with the correct billing address and phone number, but the incorrect email. The correct email for the tickets to be sent to is [redacted] I made the purchase on Monday, July 19, and I'm eager to have this matter sorted out promptly. I accidentally purchased Foo Fighters tickets on your site using my credit card, but the transaction was blocked. I am currently out of the country and unable to complete the purchase. Can you please cancel the ticket sale as my card will not process the payment? I tried reaching out to customer service without success. If possible, kindly nullify the transaction. Thank you.

I bought tickets for the Michael Schenker concert on October 4th, [redacted], in Denver, Colorado, USA. My order number is [redacted]7. I've been eagerly awaiting my e-tickets to print them myself. I recently discovered an error in my son's email address, and I need assistance resolving this issue. Please contact me, Yolanda Montoya, at [redacted], so we can update the email address to [redacted] for ticket delivery. The incorrect email provided by my son is [redacted], while the correct one is [redacted] I'd appreciate it if you could resend the e-tickets to the revised email address.
