Ticket Liquidator Customer Service Issues

Last year, on January 26, [redacted], I purchased 2 tickets to see James Taylor & Jackson Browne at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, NJ, scheduled for July 10, [redacted]. The concert date was changed to August 25, [redacted], which falls on a Wednesday night. Due to work constraints, I am unable to attend on a weekday. When I bought the tickets, the show was set for a Friday night, allowing us to plan for an overnight stay. Unfortunately, our accommodations have changed. I am requesting a refund for my tickets. This is my third attempt to contact Ticketliquidator; my previous two calls were disconnected after long hold times. I seek guidance on obtaining my refund for Order Number: [redacted]2, totaling $[redacted].03.

I purchased tickets for the New York Subtronics show on September 18, [redacted], under Order number [redacted]7. Despite being labeled as floor tickets, the ones I received were not. I contacted Ticket Liquidators on September 19, and they acknowledged the mistake, promising a response within 4 to 8 hours. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly and receive the correct tickets as originally purchased, as promised by your organization. I simply want to enjoy the event without the inconvenience of spending hours or even days trying to rectify a mistake made by your team.
