I have been charged twice for $[redacted].48, once on 7-8 and once on 7-9 without my permission. This double billing will overdraft my account. Can you please refund the second charge immediately? I'm unhappy with this situation as I need this account billed monthly due to the premium increase. I was not informed about this change in billing frequency. I expect a resolution and am considering ending my business relationship with your company.
