I have encountered a concerning situation with the Billing Department, which seems to involve Cardiology Consultants billing or Jefferson Billing. It is distressing that innocent individuals were brought into this by being reported to the Swiss Collection Agency. Despite having coverage from two reliable insurance companies, issues persisted until I stepped in. One of the insurance providers also offered assistance. I am contemplating reaching out to a governmental authority to address the Billing Department's behavior. This is the first time I have faced such challenges at Jefferson where I have been a long-time patient. A similar incident occurred with the lab, and both insurance companies confirmed that these problems were uncalled for.

I have been attempting for several months to contact new patient scheduling at Thomas Jefferson Medical Center in Philadelphia. The procedure seems to involve calling new patient scheduling, where the individual responsible for making appointments at the headache center is meant to return your call. Unfortunately, the callback has not occurred. The patient advocacy line does not have live staff available; you must leave a message. If you have any suggestions on how to navigate this situation, I would greatly appreciate it.
