Last night, I came across the A Christmas Carol offer of 40% off and decided to check it out. I picked one ticket, proceeded to checkout, and noticed it was still $50 plus additional fees, assuming it included the discount, more than I usually spend on online events. After spotting the code SCROOGE, I went back, entered it, and without verifying the discounted price, impulsively finalized the purchase while feeling tired. To my dismay, the total remained $50 plus fees. When I revisited and realized I hadn't clicked APPLY, on the second attempt, the 40% deduction reflected correctly (I didn't proceed with this transaction). I seek resolution to pay the discounted 40% price, as I wouldn't have made the purchase otherwise. Even though I contacted AmEx, they can't assist until the charge posts, leaving me reliant on your support. Kindly reimburse the disparity to my AmEx if eligible for the discount.
